according to what I have read on this forum it's a PT number ringing trying to deliver a text message to you, which your home phone probably don't support. Ring 16200 the PT line and tell them you want to de-activate the SMS  (text) service on your phone. I have also been getting these calls and have only just found out what it is, last night my phone rang at 23.30!, calls coming in 2 times a day

eu tenho um restaurante e esse numero liga-me constantemente... agora só atendo e desligo logo pk o meu telefone nao dá pra recusar.

Liguei 16200 e o problema ficou resolvido

I confirm, it was SMS service from PT, I called the 16200 and they solved immediately, cancelling the SMS service, because my phone was too old to receive SMS...

Hoje também estava a receber estes "toques", sim porque só tocava duas vezes e desligava...Vim pesquisar o que era e realmente foi a melhor coisa que fiz! Só um pormenor que acho importante partilhar...só dá para desactivar as mensagens das 9h às 21h. Amanha tenho de voltar a ligar!

Confirmo que uma chamada para o 16200 resolve o problema.
Segundo me foi dito pelo suporte técnico da PT, trata-se de um SMS que pretende chegar mas o telefone ou não suporta ou não está configurado para receber SMS.

Trocou de telefone? Muito provavelmente, o seu novo telefone, não permite receber SMS, por isso só aparece o 1299900, você atende, ouve um bip e a chamada desliga-se. Peça á PT (16200), para lhe desactivarem  o serviço de SMS, para que este problema se resolva.

Confirmo que é relacionado com assuntos que tenham pendentes com a PT.... pena é que os assuntos se arrastem eternamente.... Meo Fibra  na Lousã já ! :P :(((((((((((((

Pois....a PT de facto não permite muitos serviços..... só que se esquece disso. Existe no mundo um país a 2 velocidades que é Portugal

Eu tambem tou farta de receber este tipo de chamadas, e smp ao fds semana e logo das oito da manha de 5 em 5min. realmente liguem ao 16200 - opçao 9 - opçao 3 e falem com uma assistente. Realmente é do centro de SMS e ou tlf n ta configurado, ou teem de configurar o tlf ou peçam pr desligarem este "serviço" .... possas k ja me estava a enervar!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gostava de não receber mais chamadas do nº 1299900, pois torna-se demasiadamente maçador, visto que acorda-me várias vezes à noite, já reportei a situação à PT, disseram para contactar a PSP, assim fiz, mas continuo a receber estas chamadas muito inopurtunas.
ISTO É RECADO À MÁ PRESTAÇÃO DE SERVIÇO DA PT, PRINCIPALME AOS CLIENTES MAIS ANTIGOS, VISTO QUE ESTES SÃO MAIS ASSÍDUOS...substituiram a box com disco devido a avaria, mas o transtorno não é um mas é outro.( DEVIAM DE TER MAIS CONSIDERAÇÃO PELAS PESSOAS...)

A mim aconteceu-me o mesmo. Contactei a operador e isto tem ver realmente com os SMS que me estão a ser enviados pela operadora e o equipamento não têm essa funcionalidade. Cancelaram este serviço e a "dor de cabeça" acabou!

Confirma-se tudo o que foi dito acima. 16200 resolve a situação.

Como posso fazer para ouvir no mei telefone a mensagem ou o SMS que me enviaram?

I have received four calls this morning from this number, between 8am & 9.45 am !!!!!!  When I answer, there is NOBODY there, & when I call the number, it simply cuts off !!

It is an absolute pain & an intrusion.

ola eu tenho o mesmo problema com esse numero para mim tenho outra opinião  que se chama escutas na linha ilegal ou legal

over the last couple of weeks we have received several phone calls per day from this number, we try to answer but it stops ringing after two or three rings and even if we pick up it goes dead, what on earth is going on !
