I received the same call today believing there is a letter for me to pick up and stupidly gave my name n ic. After that told me the letter is from high court and sent to police station already. I ask which police station said at bukit aman and ask me give my phone number the police will call me. Somehow I start to feel something fishy here so instead of giving my number I ask him to give me the police number I will call to check. Then the person hung up. After checking here I m relief it is a scam, hope they can't do anything with my name and ic.

I just received a call from +1(300)300 300. I didnt manage to speak to the lady after pressing 0 as the line was cut off. Then I call back the number 1300300300 (without + infront) which is Pos Malaysia, they inform me that this is a scam call. Pos Malaysia can't call out from 1300300300. They can only call out using fixed land lines. And will always leave a notice card at the address of the mail/parcel if delivery failed. Do not give out any personal info over phone & always ask for more details to verify the caller is genuine. This scam call has been reported to the Police by Pos Malaysia.

Hopefully also they cant do anything with my mobile number...

Crap! I got the same call. I was weary about giving my IC and number, but since I know I won't get into too much trouble giving that away, I did... but wasted my time worrying if it was genuine. Yes, I too called POS, and they confirmed that it's a spam!

I just received a call same like what happened to Lee (i quickly search the tel.number and found that is a scam) . i told the guy that i don't know the offender & do not have the bank book, he kept quite then hang up the phone.

hi, i received call from this number too.  just remember, toll free number is only for customer to call, not for the operator calls any customer. it's surely a scam.  please be caution everyone.

Freecharge hang on redirecting  problem not recharge

Just received a missed call from this number. At first I thought this was a call from Pos Office according to google but was curious at the same time as I wasn't expecting any parcels. After googling again, found out it might be a scam. Such a relief. Caller uses 1300300300 and VoiceMail Msia.

This caller identify from Pos Malaysia ask to give ic to track doc by pos laju.Suddenly cut off the line after giving the IC number.

Caller uses 1300300136 identify from Pos Malaysia. I tried to talk but he refused and suddenly cut the line.

received two calls, one on 2-Jan-18 from 1300-30-7962 and the other one today (4-Jan-18) from 1300-30-4216. Male computer voice claiming to be from Pos Malaysia and there is one important document yet to be collected, then ask to press "9" in order to speak to pegawai perkhidmatan. After I press "9", the call gets disconnected about 10~15 seconds later...

never in mind, made a phone call to this number, (recorded 20mins duration)
yet its been charged in my phone bill. Waddaheck

how to avoid??

I just received a from a number +99013003582 ask me to press "1". Then a local sounding guy answered in BM and said that I have a parcel from POS Malaysia for claim. He asked for my parcel no. I told him I have no idea, that the call is from POS Malaysia and not from me. Then he ask for IC for verification, I gave and he ask me to hold on. Then waited for 6 mins and still on hold and suddently I suspect is a scam. I hang up and call the number again, and the no is an incorrect no.
I call Telekom on the +99 no and found out that is a scam. Hope nothing happens...
