my phone bill has gone through the roof because of this number (1300738639) i dont not want any more sms from this number as it is costing me so much money!!! dont not message this number 0407701213 again!!

have been charged 59.65 on my ,latest bill,rang telstra,10 charges from the 15th sept-29th sept,all they could tell me it was dialogue communications,phone number,rang them got a answering machine,left message,will find out more tomorrow ,not bloody happy.will not be paying

8x $5.00 cahrges at 03:34 and again a further 3 x $5.00 charges at 10:48. This is nto on and Telstra tell me to contact Dialogue Communications to clear this up. This is not on. Unless Telstra can provide me with proof that I have actually signed up for these charges then I refuse to pay the amount. How can Telstra charge me without proof?

It is obviously a scam, legal or not, they prey on the unsuspecting person with terms and conditions knowingly to confuse them, then reap the rewards to build their bank balance.
Major companies and organisations must know what is going on but refuse to act.
Check you phone bills, and ring these people, don't just except it, give them hell.

So so so wrong to charge people without their knowledge for absolutely nothing.  What the ..... Do Dialogue Commumications supposedly do to earn their money they than steal?  This has got to be illegal, and surely Telstra must be party to this to allow these charges to go through their billing process.

I have this issue on my work tablet being charged the amount of $53 per month for 2 months until I unsubscribed from something I never subscribed to.  I have requested a credit on the account but NO ONE will help me.  Are you able to.  Thanks

This is complete rubbish.
There is some explanation from Telstra that I would have got a message and subscribed to it.
Telstra apparently pays the Third Party, nameless, in advance and the amount paid is billed to the customer. No paperwork.
Get out of it Telstra because it does your name no good at all.
The Third party is a scam and this can be referred to the police.
I was first told when I complained that I should ring the nameless third party. The number on the account of telstra for the unnamed third party is 1300 738639. I will ring it to tell them how proud their Mums and Dads must be.
