i keep getting this call from this number- when i pick up no one answers and no one leaves a vmail-when i call it i just hear dead air. anyone knows who it is?

Call from 1302.  msg says it's HSBCand there is a problem with my card asked me to press 1 on my phone.  I hung up.  Bank states this is a phishing call.  Bank did NOT call.

I just got a call from 1302 and she was saying that there is a claim against me. She also said that she's an "investigator" I need to call this number (888) 912-0260. Is this a scam?
