Have been getting calls from 1312 for a month now, and they come in daily.

# appears as 1312 Unavailable. No idea who or what. It is annoying.

This call came in 2 yesterday and today.  The "Do Not Call.gov" is a JOKE! Fortunately, my Panasonic cordless phone allows me to "BLOCK" this number. If they call again,  my phone will ring "ONCE" and STOP the caller from getting through.

Received 2 calls today from  "Name unavailable 1312": one at 12:07PM and one at 3:06PM. Strange thing is, I had put the caller on a "blacklist" with OOma immediately after the first call, which gives the caller a "number disconnected message." However, I got the second call anyway. I did pick it up after 6 rings both times and I only heard a dial tone.

1312 shows up on my cellular phone at least 3 times a day. I do not answer and I always receive a message. When I review my messages, it's only a 4 second message, no speaking, only a noise is heard. Although a complete phone# is not revealed, only (1312), my cell phone does state this call is coming from the Netherlands. I absolutely do NOT know anyone from the Netherlands. Safe to say, this is probably a SCAM or someone fishing for information. If I were you, I would not even answer the phone because some SCAMS are charged to your cell phone just for answering the call.

Since I've been receiving the infamous 1312 calls, I have learned how to block any unwanted number that calls. I hope this blesses someone else.  It does NOT have to be a full number to block it either.  First, don't answer any of the calls (don't waste your time). Anyone legitimate who really wants to get a hold of you wouldn't have a problem leaving you a message.  Block the number by saving it as it appears in your contact list.  Don't worry, this is how your phone will track the caller. After saving to your contact list, go back into the settings to edit that contact. There is an option with EVERY phone to add to a reject list or block caller. The language may vary per phone service provider, but every phone has this. The key is to save the phone number. It can be a full number, half number or just a name. It doesn't matter because you are saving it exactly as the person you want to block so no matter how slick they try to be, you can block them out.  

This number called me twice today and stays on long enough for voice mail to pick up, but leaves no message.

I sold something on craigslist yesterday, and have been receiving the calls from 1312 ever since. Funny thing is that I didn't post my phone number on the ad, just texted the buyer my address once we had communicated via email. So weird. I think I'll answer next time and tell them to stop calling.

I get calls from this no every day blank message at least twice a day

I got call again today from this number twice didn't pick up now they say in message press 1

Getting loads +1 312 382 numbers, never message or voice.
