Who is this?  They keep calling my cell phone?  I don't answer calls I don't know

I have gotten two calls which show on caller id as 1-4500. There is dead air on the voice mail. What on earth is this??

Getting this as well - started on my cell phone and now they are calling my home phone (under a different name than my cell phone).

Someone called me 4 times a day with caller ID showing Out of Area and with phone no. 14500 and 4500, leaving no messages.  It is down right irritating.  I wonder what kind of scam this is?  I hope somebody or some law can give these callers heavy penalty to stop all these nonsense.

I got 3 phone calls today from this number, I have yet to answer any of them because i dont recognize the number

Calling constantly for three days now, even at night. I am on the "No Call" list reporting tomorrow.
