I keep getting calls from people who claim to be from Google e-mail support but they can't verify that is who they are. They are people with foreign acsents and are very rude and condesending.  If these people do represent Google, this is bad bussiness for them.  I called Google customer Service several times and was told that they don't represent them and Google doesn't make calls to customers unless you call them first.  Even Google Search Engine states the same thing and gives what Google phone numbers are used which doesn't match up with the one I'm receiving from my caller ID unit.   You tell me that A BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY  like Google can't afford to have their name posted with the number that is given when they call???? These people need to take classes in customer service and human relations.   They need it badly!!!  What a bunch of LOSERS!
