she call me  3th november 2008 from a phone, my cell displayed "unknown", knew same things about me, she asked me about my company, about what i do. foolish i sed to her my name, he told me she is from bulgary and she works for a stock share company from US. and she asked me if i had a sum of money that i could invest in a market share, in the US.at the end of the conversation she told me that har boss would call me to talk to me!
on the 10 november 2008 i recieved a call from +1646416656, i knew some how that i souldn't answer to it.

Someone called me from this number yesterday at about 4:45 pm CEST. I did not pick it up and now I see that it was right decision. I am not interested in investing anything in foreign shares.

This is NOT a New York code - not enough digits. All US numbers have ten digits...  +1-xxx-xxx-xxxx.  Therefore, a New York number would look like this:

+1-646-xxx-xxxx

New Zealand has the country code +64, so this call is probably from there.

The call comes from the US and precisely from Manhattan NY, hence the +1 Intl. code and the 646 area code. The company the call comes from is QT Globe (www.qtglobe.com) If you're not interested in buying shares, the best is not to answer the call!

They are looking around for share buyers. I'm from Poland and have few phone calls from this no. I've recieved a "Bulgarian story".

We received a call from the same number and thought was a customer from US. When I told them that my boss wasn't in the office they hang up. I try to find out the name of the company on internet and thanks to all this comments, now I know that wasn't a customer. We are from Italy.

Before some minutes this number called to me too and asked director. When I answered that he is out of office,she not asked more and finish talking. I am from Latvia.

I got a call from the same number, the where constantly asking how much money I can invest to their company (QT talk) before they start dealing at nasdaq (or something like that).  They also mention the name of Paul Cordasco as the director of some sort. (Great investment opportunity tax free for no US investors,  bla bla bla...).

The info is posted on several other sites, many people have been investing for almost 7 years and no IPO. Personally i think a scam.... the business owner is a man who has gone to prison for being a loan shark, and the company has changed names many times.
