Portfolio Recovery on one of their apparently endless numbers and endless calls.  My new phone number came with calls from these people from the day it was installed.  Apparently they don't believe you if you tell them who you really are (and not who they're calling) - so - I've just blocked their robo calls.  Do these people ever get fined for their bad record keeping?

They had a class action suit in Kansas City....and the class won lol. I guess they feel like giving up some more cash

Calling and hanging up not saying anything. These people have been calling for about 2 years now and won't stop.

This is 2017 and I'm still getting calls. No message left call and hanging up. They have been calling since 2015 on different numbers.

It's the Portfolio Recovery Agency using spam numbers to harass people before 8AM & after 10PM even on weekends, do not trust this scam number. They have tons of different numbers

Calling for a person who does live at this number.

I have a phone block so no need to answer aggrevating robocalls..

This number just called, and left a voicemail. When played back there was only a few seconds of static noise, then it hung up.

They keep calling, and calling and calling, and no message. This is definitely a scam

I have had my number for only a few months, and it apparently came with robocalls.  This number calls everyday, continues to harass and hang up, and I am getting tired of it.  They need to stop harassing people.

Kathleen - something sbout Dell and gave last 4 digits of SS# that was not mine. She said she probably had wrong person.   Cheked number just to see if see if legit.  Obviously not.

These people harrass me routinely. How they got my new number is a mystery.

Our issue with these callers is that they are calling for probably my step-brother who has the same first and last name as my step-dad but different initials.  I am caregiver to my Dad, he has never been in debt.

They asked to speak to my Dad when I finally answered the phone, I explained that I was his caregiver and I could help them if they needed something.  The witch on the phone told me I needed to prove to her that I was his caregiver.  I was like I don't have to prove anything to you.  You want to talk to my Dad, you talk to me.  He is unable to talk.  She went on some tirade.  I told her she was unprofessional and scum to think she could go off one me like that.  I am going through the process of getting them for harassment and elderly harassment for the way this lady was threatening to do to my Dad.  Yeah come and arrest an old man and make threats.  I am sure, your life is miserable the way you act on the phone.

We have no debt here, explained multiple times that they have the wrong person.  They are too stupid to figure out that the one they want doesn't even have the same damn address and never once lived at the address or phone number.

They use so many different numbers because they are cowardly scum.  We are going after them after the screaming witch demanding that I prove I am the caregiver to my elderly Dad and that I need to do this and that.  Then making threats to have an old man arrested.  It isn't even his debt, it is his 43+ son but they can't be bothered with details you know.

We get 5 to 10 calls from Portfolio Recovery a week.  We have caller ID..and when we see their name,  we let the answer machine answer the phone.  They use to leave a message,  now they just hang up when the answer machine picks up.

these people have been calling my elderly mom for at least 2 years! sometimes they ask for "shannon lakes" other times they threaten her as debt collectors, sometimes they don't say anything. my mom gets so worked up over these calls, i am afraid it's going to give her a stroke. caller id says "villa rica, ga" there's a special place in hell for these people.

They call here with many different phone numbers.  They want my son who moved to FL 4 years ago.  I told them he moved  but they don't believe me.  I now blocked them with my phone but I have to keep on adding their new numbers to be blocked.
