i got a phone call from this company.i try to get back to them but they put me on hold for long time. how am I spoussed to contaced them.

I had a woman ring me saying she was from Telstra and she wanted all my details - Company name, ABN, etc. - I wouldn't give it to her because she should allready have those details. She gave me this number to ring back on and her employee ID number. - I don't know if it is Legit or not.

This number is the customer service number for TGA who act on behalf of Telstra. It's a Legit call centre number. I was provided with this number after arranging to change a telstra phone plan & had a rep call me, provide this as the number to return a call on and gave his employee ID #.
I wouldn't give them details if you haven't organised for someone to contact you.

i also got a call from these people and it was pretty much harrassment to change to a doubly expensive  phone plan. the guy "richard" was very rude and forceful and have 30 minutes of trying to make sense of the offer - as the deal conditions kept changing  and when i challenged him on the contract terms he hung up. would advise not dealing with them.

6/6/14 Had call from Hollie ID number FU81 claiming was from Telstra offering me better plans, data, and new mobile handset etc. Call was supposedey recorded.
Hollie asked me call 132000 and see what $12 monthly fee was.
On calling 132000 ref L01033270 they didn't have any record of call and will get someone to call me tomorrow.
After hour call from Hollie on Friday 6/6/14 now don't know what's happened ??

its not telstra. they had my account number and address. I cancelled everything I set up with them. I did ask them if they were  telstra and they lied. So disappointing. I will never accept anything from unsolicited calls, esp if they claim they are from telstra.

These people claimed to call from Telstra to go through my existing business accounts and it has now been near 4 weeks with no new phone and every time I call them I get placed on long holds. Truly disgusting company to deal with.

Received a call from caller ID (08) 6228 4075 said they were from TSA Group calling on behalf of Telstra looking to evaluate my services, and offer a better deal. Said I was not going to verify my details as they initiated the call. They told me to call 1800081661 to verify them using Telstra ID D878514

Have been missing calls for days now from 08 6228 4006. When I answered it was Harley from Telstra returning my call to Telstra to build my website. Apparently I called Hannah and asked for someone to call me back. Told them I had no idea what they were about. They had my name and mobile and the company name I work for even though my mobile isn't company issued. I asked Harley to send me an email so I could chase who in the office initiated this. He told me he wasn't allowed to send an email and that I could call back on 1800 081 661 and Harley's Telstra ID is D858807. When I call the number back it is TSA Telcom Group. Afterhours has a message to call Telstra on 132200 or leave a message. When I dial 132200 it identifies an ACCOUNT NUMBER for the number i am calling from unfortunately for them the number I am calling from IS NOT a Telstra number. Yet the 132200 is coming up in web searches as a legit Telstra phone number. Apparently TSA is a partner company of Telstra that makes some outbound sales calls on their behalf.

I received a call from this number. She gave her name and ID number and a telephone number to call to verify that she was indeed a Telstra employee.  I bypassed the number because I had no way of knowing if it was a legitimate Telstra number. I went directly to the Telstra web site and was able to confirm everything is legitimate through a web chat session that only took a few minutes. Recommend confirming directly with Telstra before giving out any personal information. (I suppose I can trust the web chat... :-% Have to trust someone eventually.)

Received a call claiming they were from Telstra, offering a $20pm discount off of Telstra std business NBN plan.
Refused to give out personal details when they requested but said I would call them back to verify that they were really Telstra. They gave a call back number of 1800 081 661 and a Telstra ID of D922248.
I then called Telstra direct on 1800260270 , gave them the above details, and they confirmed that this was a scam call !!!!

that’s defiantly not the case. same situation happened to me - got a call and they gave me the telstra ID number and this number to call back on. called telstra and they said yes this is a call on behalf of telstra from business telecom company..
