- Brenberrie3 or 4 calls a day, pain in the butt. Comes up as toll free.
- Medco HealthMedco is probably affiliated with a prescription drug plan you have through your employment. They are affiliated with mine and they called to advise me that I can save money by getting my pills 90 at a time through them via mail order instead of getting 30 at a time from the pharmacy. If anyone has Medco Prescription coverage as part of their medical insurance, then they are entitled to contact you at home whether or not you are on a no-call list. They usually don't call people unless they have coverage through Medco. The purpose of their calls is to try to save you money on prescriptions you take on a regular basis by sending them to you through the mail.
- Caller: Medco
- TMMHave told Medco numerous times that I will not use their mail order service because the one time I did, they royally screwed it up. They claimed I did not have a refill on one medication, when I did; it only took 10 e-mails to get them to admit that. The other med contained the wrong dosage level. Regardless, they still continue to call.
- MoThey ring 2x in the evening after 7pm. They never leave a message. Please stop this.
- Caller: Medco Prescription
- Jen| 1 replyIf you never answer they will call again. They need to speak with the target person and authenticate who they are talking to before they will take you out of the system. If you never answer, then they didn't reach the person that they needed to so they will call again. They have to do that to reach the clients that they are required to inform of thier benefits through thier prescription drug plan. My sister works for them. They are actually trying to help people save money. So stop being mean to my sister please.
- Caller: Medco
- BobRoyal pain in the [***]! I have no desire to use their service so bug the hell off!!!!
- MelissaSame experience as others here. Medco is managing my employer prescription medicine plan. They call to sell their service of fulfillment by mail. I tried it *once*. They screwed it up and their customer service was horrible. As a consequence I got a year's supply of medicine I didn't need and was overcharged for it (and I had to pay for it all) and couldn't get filled the one medication that I *must* take every day. Every time I contacted them, they had a different rep respond, so it was like speaking to people with amnesia.
I have told them repeatedly that I will not use their service again. And they just keep calling . . . .- Caller: Medco
- Ele LaFranceThey have been told no less than 10TIMES - DO NOT CALL THE HOUSE - so whoever said above that they "need to speak to the target person" is WRONG WRONG WRONG. My husband works for the biggest insurance carrier in the world - and STILL THEY CANNOT GET IT RIGHT. MUST be a bunch of chimpanzees there because they call call call. I have blocked ALL their numbers and they are still NOT getting it right.
YES - please stop their NUISANCE CALLS so I can TURN MY PHONE ON AGAIN????
THANK YOU.- Caller: Medco Health

My e-mail address : tuan.q.tran@oracle.com . - Philip replies to Tuan q. TranMr. Tuan,
Are you sure you didn't order some medicines from MEDCO or Express Scripts? What you have on your credit card - "ESI Pharm Fairfield 800-282-28821 OH " is how they bill you. "ESI" stands for "Express Scripts Inc." Of course you were not in Ohio - that's just the billing address or where the medicine comes from.
The same thing happened to my mother this month, then she remembered she ordered some Synthroid from Express Scripts a couple weeks before. It comes through the mail.
If you did not order medicine, then yes, someone got your card and is using it.
Hope this helps - lana hashMy bank acct was charged for 1.01 might not seem like much, but when I called the number to see why I was charged, The recording told me to enter my credit card and expiration date. They pulled 1.01 from my account. If they hit 10,000 people. That is $10,000.

- Don RMedco was a great company until they were bought out by Express Scripts. I've had problems with them ever since. My company's agreement with Express Scripts REQUIRES that I get one Rx through Express Scripts. It's a royal pain every time the Rx needs my doctor's approval (my doctor approves it right away, but I always have problems with ES). When my refills are out, my local pharmacy always faxes my doctor for a refill approval at least a week before I need a refill... Express Scripts doesn't do this. I have to contact my doctor and they have to fax a new Rx to ES.
Express Scripts called once and I foolishly let them talk me into switching my thyroid med refills from my local pharmacy to their mail order. They told me the price would go up if I didn't. They later called back and told me they didn't have my Rx and didn't know when they were going to get more... And, they wanted ME to call MY DOCTOR to have it switched to a different thyroid Rx, which is something my local pharmacy would have done if they were temporarily out. I wised up and realized I didn't want to through the hassles of dealing with this company for 1 more medication... So, I called back and told them my doctor didn't want to change my Rx.
Express Scripts also has send me several letters telling me that the prices on the meds that I get through my local pharmacy are going to go up in price if I don't switch to getting them through Express Scripts. In SMALL print at the end of the letter, they mention that the price won't actually go up if I'm already paying a discounted price. It's been over a year since that 1st letter and so far the prices of my meds from my local pharmacy have not gone up.- Caller: Express Scripts/Medco
- Me replies to steveDo Not Call only works, or supposed to work, if you entered this number on your list of calls you don't want to receive. But since it's about medicine that perhaps your doctor ordered for you, you may want to receive their call.
- JMeautomated message from Express Scripts
- Caller: Express Scripts
- John135 replies to JenThere also scammers. Some people get calls from them, claiming to be them, when they never head of them before and do NOT go threw them
