aka TSA - notorious Telstra nuisances, score for business ethics is -1

got a call from 1800634055 pretending to be from Telstra offering ADSL2 in my area & other promotional stuff , he provided his staff number & name ,he said was calling from Melbourne but the number was 086........

This company is hopeless. I've been waiting for two weeks for paperwork and now when I ring their number it's engaged. My verdict... Don't bother

TSA Telco is the company making these calls not Telstra as the person on the other end of the phone says.180-063-4055 is a company that specialise in deception to get a sale. I asked the person for a Telstra ID he gave me D7734 still indicating that he works for Telstra. Only after I Challenged him did he say he worked for the above company and not Telstra.

Offered me a lower home line deal. Instead my phone was disconnected.

Received call from these deceivers, the whole time they convinced me that it was Telestra, I got a deal which I thought was good, 2 days later nothing has changed.
As I have changed bundles before, I new that it should be immediate, so i decided to call back, it was at this point that i discovered that it was TSA Telco not Telstra. I also discovered that in addition to what I asked for I was also put down for a mobile service, something that I didn't ask for!
Because of the deceit, I asked for the order to be repeated, it was at this point that I discovered that not only did I have the above subscription added, but things that I was promised if I signed up , like a galaxy note pad was not true! I am now going to report these scumbags to Telestra.

Confirmed that calls from 1800 634 055 are fake. The caller says they from Telstra and wants to access your home to install internet equipment. They even provides a fake ID number that is similar to a real Telstra ID.

I got calls 4 days in a row from 0732140635, but they never left a message. On third day I picked up and it was a girl who said she worked for an agent for Telstra.  She had my full name and the cost details of my current Telstra account.  She said I could get a cheaper plan with more data. When I said I would think about it and ring back, she gave me her Telstra ID D894928 & phone extension on 1800 634 055.  She sounded very believable.

I rang Telstra and they confirmed that the number belongs to TSA Telco who do telemarketing for Telstra.

Try to get an order for NBN Instalation.gave his Name as Hamilton.So called  Id  D918094   The NBN must give out contracts for telemarketers to sign up customers.  Ombudsman should order a stop and fine TSA and NBN.

Claimed Telstra wants to send technician to connection my home line to be NBN able, not asking for any lock in contract to supply any service provided call back no 1800634055 and staff no D945585.  Just wonder how do they get my name and mobile phone to contact, will contact Telstra to confirm.
