I went one step further and called the number, many times. First there will be a cimb answering machine. They really try and copy CIMB, complete with options to check account balances...But the thing is, you will just be place on hold indifinately if you choose that option. If you choose option 4 to speak to an operator, there are two individuals who will be taking the call. One is a malay lady (fake name Olivia) and another is a chinese guy (fake name Jason or John).

I didn't get much more than that. They are asking for hp number to proceed further which I sure am not going to give.

I kena! Was worries cos my UOB CC had 2 fraudulent transactions which did not go through because no OTP password. Lucky I googled this first.
