I received this call and it came up as spam on my caller ID. I let it go to voicemail and usually they disconnect or leave a partial robo voice message.
That is what I received was a partial voice message. Unlike other calls, this partial recording used my first and last name. So, I returned the call. That is when the number said it belonged to Cox Communication and they urgently needed to contact me. It asked to verify my name, which I did. Then it said it needed account information starting with my zip code.

That's when I disconnected. This all seems fishy as my account is not passed due and I don't have any email correspondence from them aside from my last paid bill.
