They call from a local Nogales 520 area code phone number and the voicemail is weird but ligit company

This phone number doesn't match the number on their website. They also are trying to collect on a non-existent credit card. I would get in touch with their headquarters number to check that they are legit. I am suspicious of these people, it is a possible scam.

Locating a specific person doesn’t say where they’re calling from just asking to locate person.

I received a spam call from them for locating my adult son. It gave me a name Nicole Thomas  & a reference number to call.

Husband received a message from this number looking for the wear bouts of me with a reference number to call.

This number called for a "location verification" for my son.  Whenever the caller-id phone number does not match the call back number my first thought is a scam.

Call from Veronica Turner looking for info on Gregorio somebody.  Supposed to call her back at this #.  Doesn’t ID what company she’s with.  I don’t know any Gregorio whatever.  Called from 512-696-7602.  Ignored and blocked.  Not calling her back.

call from Elena Hayes saying I just called the office and not sure if I called in regards to the complaint that's been filed. asked me to call 1-844-641-9483 and provide a file # she gave me. I haven't called anyone let alone an office. call came from 1(360)924-6837

This sounds like either a Process Service or a phony debt scam. That is one the common scripts used for both scams. Probably the Phony Debt scam based on prior posts. Ignore this sort of crap. DO NOT CALL BACK. Calling back will only get you more calls and they will turn nasty and threatening. There is no complaint or file.
