Important business matter unable to discuss, cave me a case number and instructed me to return call immediately.

Hey Jake, if there's such a great company why don't they at least leave their name or you give it out?

Someone from this LWOMVM TCB but does not state who they are calling from gave a case #// I'm in the legal field this is not a case #

Someone from this number has done nothing but call me several times through-out the week, for the past couple of months. The message states that this is an important buisness call for so-in-so, that requires my immediate attention. Due to the sensitve nature of this case, no further information can be given at this time. To connect to an operator press the 9 key and refer to case number such-an-such. Finally after they called me yet again yesterday afternoon, I decided to connect with an operator to tell them to take me off of whatever call list they may have. I pressed the 9 key to be connected, was put on hold for about two minutes, then I could hear someone pick up the phone and hang up on me. Who is this person/company calling? The message does not state the name of the company or what it is in regards to.

This is a collection agency. A sheisty one. They try to recollect debts from other companies when you've paid someone else. The name of the company is Rick Curtis I believe in North Carolina.

Marcus Taylor from Rash Taylor & Associates left a message and case number and requested a return call to 866-729-2722.  I have received a bunch of collection calls recently from this company and others.  I do not owe any debts, have had the same number for a dozen years, and do not know any of the individuals these companies ask to speak with.  When I called the number they left (to tell them they had called the wrong person) they said my number would be removed from their records.  We'll see...

I got calls from this number, I did owe a debt but it was from bad coordination between a hospital biller and another hospital's payer.  When I called Rash Curtis they were polite, and they reduced the payment from $200 to $125 and in order to not have to mess with it further I just paid it, though a hospital in St. Louis was supposed to pay it.

Numerous robot calls asking for someone who does not live at our house. My wife spoke to someone once, told them to stop calling, the person was rude and the calls continued. I just called them, made it clear I knew who was calling (Rash Curtis and Associates) and what state they were based in (CA) and demanded that they stop calling. He said he would take the number out of their system. We'll see if they do. If not I'll file a complaint with the CA state attorney general's office and the BBB.

PLEASE complain about people like this. That's the only way they will stop.

Telermakerts call constantly for a distant relative. SHE ISNT physically here! Hello. I give them her #, and they still call. I guess its time to write the letter.

They are A**holes.....sleezy, don't have their info straight, call from other numbers, with the area code that I live in, trying to get you to answer their calls, I have resorted to not answering any calls from any numbers I do not know....pretty sad...may have to change my cell number as this is the only one I have and they call three or more times a day.....this is for a debt that IF the stupid hospital had billed BOTH of my kids insurance companies, instead of just one, they would have received 100% reimbursement,not my problem.....

I googled their name (rash curtis and associates) this is the info from their web site. I have heard if you fax them, tell them to stop calling immediatly. and give them the # they call as a No call number, they will stop

I just received a message from our secretary saying that this number called.  I called the number and it was Rash Curtis & Associates and I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THEM DO NOT CALL ME AT WORK.  AND they asked for a FAX NUMBER!!!! HOW UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  DO NOT CALL ME AT WORK ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A GOD DAMN COLLECTION AGENCY!!!!

Rash Curtis has been trying for years to collect from me on a medical bill that was paid by Blue shield of CA....I keep giving them the data and they keep calling.

This company Rash Curtis & Associates keeps calling my number for someone who does not live here. It is an automated call to press a bunch of numbers if you are this person or not. I press the one for I am not this person yet they keep calling me everyday. I will report them to the Attorney General of California for harassment if this continues.

Rash Curtis, worthless bottom feeder collectors. Don't answer your phone when you don't know the number. Never give out or confirm any information over the phone.

Report them to the Atty General, BBB, and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

Change your phone number if necessary to get some peace.

Do NOT answer any numbers you don't know! Don't call the jerks back either.

Keep in mind these are NOT lawyers calling you. They are $8 an hour people who have never even graduated from high school and it's the only low-paying job they could get.

Clark Howard, financial advisor, says to call them back with your lawyers fax number and tell them that they can fax all the information to your lawyer. This usually causes them to back down.

Clark Howard also said that creditors are despirate these days and will try everything legal or illegal to get you to pay. Don't give in!
