I keep getting these fraud calls from Microsoft tech; Steve in NJ? total scam, he wants you to give him your PC info, IP address so they can hijack it and use your PC as a slave and send spam. It makes your PC look like the telemarketer - email originator. Do not click open or download anything either = it will give them permission to do this to your PC.  No you can't see what they are doing, no your internet protection won't stop it if your do that.  I love answering the phone and give them the worst time of their lives ever, just like the IRS lawsuit fraud callers 786-481-7243 trying to get you to send your documents for ID theft.
