Recording.  "We have been watching your visa/mastercard payments for the last six months.  You are now entitled to have the interest rate on all your cards reduced to zero per cent."
I've also received three other calls in the last two days from similar numbers:  190-572-9333, 190-572-3955, 190-572-1271.  Suspect it's the same scam.;
