Called my mother in law exactly 10 min. b4 they called me. We both answered and there was nobody on the other line. Pretty scary to both of us because the comments I have read somebody else talked on the other line and didn't mine or hers.

Just an awkward telephonic number, that's all.  It's nobody of concern.  If you talk to them tell them they owe you money for calling you.

I just got a call from 1911. Before that I got two voice messages from 202 (Washington DC number)  about the arrest warrant issued against me, it was this (with heavy accent) :

..  I got a person claiming to be a police officer, willing to "help" me. I started to protest right away, saying that I read everything online about such phone calls and that I know that this is a fraud. He became aggressive right away and started to tell me that I am in big trouble because I accused the officer to be a fraud! The exact words were: You are in  big trouble, because you blame the officer, OK? I am an officer, and you are telling me that I am a fraud! OK?
I made him aware that started recording our conversation. BELOW IS  THE TRANSCRIPT FROM THE RECORDING ( I DID NOT EDITED HIS OR MY ENGLISH):


I said : Exсuse me, how can you prove that you are the officer, tell me, how?
He: OK, my badge ID is 2246 if you give me your phone number that I will prove myself, I will call you, OK? I will call you, I will pass your phone to special division number, it's 911. They will call you on your cell phone number. In this case you will prove... I will prove myself OK?
Me :This is unbelievable! What's going on" I mean, this is just... I already got these stupid messages on my answering machine. What do you want???
He: I know that. I know that. That is scam... (not clear words here). But I am an officer and I will prove that, OK? But you do not curse the officer, you do not cooperate with me,  I will send some police  at your door step OK?
Me: Yeah! Send some cops! What did I do? How can you blame me? What is my fault? What is my crime? What is it?
He: Just because of...IRS has issued  an order against your name , just because of (some unclear words) IRS went at the Auditor, Auditor... and they note some miscalculations ...
Me (interrupting) : They could not ! Excuse me! Here, right away, I caught you right away, because I am not even suppose to file the tax return! They could not be after me because I am not required (HE STILL TALKING ON THE BACKGROUND) to file tax return! I am on disability payments, what are you talking about???Live me alone!
He: .... about you...
Me: Live me alone!
He: I think I am wrong. Because you are very criminal person.
Me: Oh yeah, I am very criminal!
He: it's why I send cops . They will take all bank accounts and all property, and arrest you OK?
Me: OK! Fine, send me cops! I will talk with them. I prefer to speak with someone live then with the phone. Thank you.
He: I was just trying to help you, but you do not cooperate with me.
Me: How can you help me?I never got anything in the mail, You just call me and you tell me that I am a criminal when I am not.
He:But we have some... we sent some papers on your door steps and somebody... somebody take it , OK? But...you do not cooperate with me I was just trying to help you , you know, I will send some federal laws  to your doorsteps with papers... because i will talk about you that you are very genuine person, I will suggest to my ... ??? party that she is very genuine, please, don';t arrest her. But... I think I am wrong!
Me: Ha! Ha!
He: You are very... very criminal person.
Me Unbelievable! I hope that you heard me that I record our conversation, I hope that you heard that.I am recording our conversation, just to let you know.
He: OK, Miss, after... after just five minutes I will send your file to your local police department, they will call you, it's special division number, it's 911, OK? No, ... In this condition you realize that I am not fraud, I am an officer, OK?
Me: You can be an officer, but you don't have any right to blame me with anything, because I did not do anything which could ever make me criminal.
He: We have a strong prove. You did ! OK?
Me (laughing): so, what did I do? tell me!
He: Mmm ... In this condition we try to just help you, OK?
Me: Yeah, but I need to know what I did?
He: Please tell ... please say about... you want my help or not? You want resolve this matter, you want resolve this arrest warrant or not?
Me: OK, first, I need to know what are the accusations, because this is ridiculous, you tell me ...
He: You do not want my help, you do not...
Me.All right, no I don't, no I don't, thank you very much.
He: OK, so, I  will send cops on your door steps
Me: Yeah, yeah, great, (he keeps talking) , all right, OK, thank you. See you late, bye bye.
He: OK, yes, Miss, in five minutes a very special division number 911 calling you, OK
Me: Yeah, , fine, I will talk with live cops, not with you.Send me the policemen and I will talk with them.I absolutely refuse to talk to you.

Me: OK, great
He: Now...
Me: (interrupting Him) : Excuse me Sir, I've read everything online about this kind of calls. And it  clearly indicates that it's a fraud. And you even call me from another country. So, i am not going to believe you until I see any documented accusations which could not be happening

He (with the same accent, I would call it Pakistani - Indian accent) ) This call recorded from division 911. This is Officer John Cooper. (Very heavy accent)... crime investigation division
Me: Excuse me, make me an appointment, if i am accused of something, please, invite me to a police department, I will come there and talk with live person.m You say that you are Officer Cooper , you have this foreign accent, you cannot be Officer Cooper, and I 've read everything online about this kind of calls. You are not Cooper, you are not American and I am refusing to talk to you, thank you very much. If you are accusing me of something, send me  in the mail anything which could prove that I am a criminal. Right now I am recording our conversation, I am going to call to a local police department and I am going to make them aware about these harassing calls. I got enough. I already got these messages from 202 something number saying that this is Officer Cooper, please, Officer Cooper, leave me alone! Please, OK?Thank you very much. This is just unbelievable, I am on disability, you're harassing me, and right now I am going to have a nervous breakdown, because you harassing me and not first time.I will sue you if you are in America, I will sue you, believe, me I will

Got a call from 1911. It's a scam. They said they were thee police and had a IRS complaint.  Don't give them any personal info  especially credit cards or ssNo. This is a scam!

I  had couple of calls and it is scam. they wont get your money don't give them any penny.
And when you hear Indian guy it is scam

I received a call like this just an hour ago and reported it to the police and they filed a report

At 2 am I got called by someone saying their name was officer Rodriguez. They said the had footage of me and used my name should I be scared? Someone plz reply!!!

Said was from state police had warrant for my social security number

They had called me and told me I had a warrant out for my arrest and that I owed 1500 dollars and that today i had to pay 565 dollars in order for it to get out of the courthouse and I said okay talk to my father please he said I advise that you stay on the line because if u get off they will be at your door.

I never had a problem with the law so this scared me I was shaking so bad.

just received a call from this number phone message states that there is a lawsuit under my name and social security number and is under Federal investigation more details regarding this case kindly call the attorney general office at  850-253-7190. If this was a real call they would call and not state there was a lawsuit filed under my name and number. they did not state who they were calling for. usually if it is personal matters they would state it is a personally business matter and give a 1-800 number to call. this number is from Florida. the man on the phone did not give name .

I received a call from this 1911 number saying it was an Police officer Calvin Williams of state Police saying there is a lawsuit with Arrest warrent and for me to call  Attorney General office to speak to a Sam Wilson at 773-649-1555.Upon calling this person claim to be sam Wilson said I took out a loan from cash advance america online. We went at it for awhile and said he would stop the warrent if I would make a payment of 3-500.00 dollar because now i own over a 1,000.00. If I don't then I will be arrested at my home,To make a long story short,I called the IL.state police and there was no Officer by that name I am follow up on this futher with the FBI I have already spoke with Police. I will post more information i want to see if a warrent will be  issued.

My mom got a call from 'Unknown Name ' phone number shows up as '1911' . its a scammer ,sounds Indian real bad accent . Telling my mom she owes money to the IRS she hung up on them.

They said hey I'm Iran then hung up Then called again screaming saying I'm gonna kill you what do I do

I received a call from the given no.+1911-564-2730 on 29th January 2016 around 11 pm. .she talked to me in hind for about 20 seconds she asked that am I isha and also said that she's in my school. .and cut the phone when we called back it was not a valid number and the caller was a girl please help me find who was the caller.
