I think this # is linked to SecureTether which is an app for cell phones to connect to an internet hotspot. The 3rd step in setting up SecureTether is to 'browse' to http://192.168.49.1:8820 and follow instructions there. I don't know why it is dialing your phone, if in fact SecureTether is the one that is behind dialing your #. I just happened to notice the #'s are very similar. Check out the app and see if you can reach the developer to find out if there is a connection between your call and their app. Best of luck!
