I keep getting calls from this number they do not need to be calling me. They need to identify themselves. Cannot block the call for it is not a complete number. tired 000.000.1951 lets see if that works

i got a call from this number today. they asked for roxanne rogers or that she would be
coming by or something. i asked who roxanne rogers is. they said oh you do not know
roxanne rogers? i said no. then they asked about another name i did not know. i said
i dont know who that is. they hung up loudly and quickly. cannot reach this number
by call or text but they can reach me. kinda weird

Got a call today asking for my spouse.  Said he was Michael from the verification division.  He needed to verify if someone 18 or older could accept a court order.  I asked what company he was with and he said he was with the "verification division of AVS" and again requested if someone 18 or older could accept a court order.  I told him he could send the request to us in the mail (he said no, that was not possible).  Then I hanged up the phone.  This was clearly a scam phone call.  I was called back twice from that number and also 408951 another incomplete number.  I didn't answer again.
