Hi Mates ..Did you know that scorpoin is for sale? Well,I hope we all get something back...

I'm pretty sure it is not for sale, a friend of mine invested with them, and he was there in september in both facilities.
there will be a flotation somewhere in the next 6-8 months, apparently they close now the pre-ipo by the end of this month, but ok they promiss this already, meaning the flotation for 3 years now.
Pay attention anybody who wants to buy your shares, ask yourself why they want to pay 8-12 USD if they can easily buy themselves directly for 3 usd??
So once again there are a lot of scammers on the net, so be warned.
I myself invested in a different pre-ipo and I'm also already 3 years waiting for the flotation date, which is moved time after time.
So just hang on, hopefully it will be worth it.

Hi Investor,
yes indeed they are selling their Ft. lauderdale facility as they don't need it anymore, they moves everything to ocala.
They bought as you probably know 51% in GTC a medical company, instead of the Hydramat, so there is NO NEW HAAS working center which was intended to reduce cycle times drastically.
Apparently there will be a grand opening somewhere in August, and then if all will work out fine a flotation by the end of the year (hopefully).
So they start again to collect money, probably they need some cash to pay for the beer and steaks on the opening day.
So hopefully it will be true this time but as i can see it, it will be a floatation with a low share price as they can not show enough profit to generate a real interest in the company, so it will be around USD 2,5-3,5.
I hope for all of us that it is really serious this time, and they will actually float this year, it is already good to get the money back what we invested in them, I'm not even hoping to make the big profit they always promised, and still do apparently.

 they are telling all of us all the good neys but if    yea could see there books   what they have filled  which can bee seen on scorpion performance  investigations   that they are making  huge losses    over 3 million last year and still paying over 4 hundret thousand a year in  fortholanda   cant see a company making a loss going  public   i too have invested  with them have never been there  and there option are   out of date by year end and  worth nothing  unless   they are extended  before that  so i  propose    everyone should ask for that for any chance   i  belive now theyy will never float as they  just spend our money traveling the world  would not bother   meeting them as we been  promised   so many thing now  what fools we all have been they are now calling again  to sell more preference shares    been promised  it again it prob to cover there losses    and every time they they  sell more of these shares  they just diluite     all othere share so just a big  leagal scam  think we should contact obama  and   stop this leagal scam

Do not cash to buy a car? Do not worry, just because that's real to receive the credit loans to work out such kind of problems. Therefore get a small business loan to buy all you need.

I am french, and of course it is difficult to get correct information about scorpion;
do you have access to the publication of there books ?
Today, december 2012, they pretend to match a flotation in Dubbai during first half of next year ...
I am very pessimistic, because they never achieved what they say, but we get always marvellous news about their marketing, new products, and success story, bla bla bla.
