They just called me also.

I just got this call today saying I owed a loan I took out on my bank account that I had in 2011. well they said I owed 989.00 but could settle it if I paid 454.00 today. well I am a single mom of two babies with no job right now going to school. well I think its real so I start bawling because I can not pay that well the lady kept putting me on hold and coming back saying she got it to where I pay 197.30 a month for 5 months. well of course thinking this is real they ask for a card number and I gave them a card number that I have to load money on it myself from Walmart. I just got the same ROBO call again which does not identify the caller except to say Legal Department. The call says that I have 2 counts against me and if I don't call then I will forfit my rights when they serve a summons at my home or place of employment. DON'T FALL FOR THIS!!!! They have to notify you by US Mail not E Mail or Phone Call. This tactic is illegal and against the fair practices act.

Received calls from this number saying I had two fraud charges filed against me. They gave me a case number and said I had to call them and talk to someone in their "legal department".  I called and the number has been disconnected!!! What a scam!  How do they get away with crap?
