i would love to report the lunatic where do you do that?  have gotten many calls that start off with "international" which clearly it is not.  any guidance appreciated

calls two or three times per week.  One time asked for donation for NJ Police officer's foundation.  Suspecting a scam, I said no.  Caller ID says Leonia NJ.  Now when calls come in no one on other end.  Call back doesn't even get a dial tone.

If anyone receiving these calls is a Comcast subscriber, you can turn your call rejection feature on by dialing #60 on your home phone.  If you follow the prompts it walks you through the entire process, and in speaking with the Comcast representative, she informed me that you can "block" up to 12 numbers.

i have received various calls from this number. no message can't call the number back

I didn't pick up because I did not recognize the number. Caller left no message.

I got a call last week from this number and the gentleman was very polite. Explained everything I ask, I was surprised because I was a little rude. These calls are annoying but must say Sean Smith done his job well and even wished me a great holiday season. I looked them up and they appear to be a legit organization to my findings....very surprising!

I keep getting calls from this # also, at least three times aday, they leave no mess, im sick of it. i guess we can report it ,Yes?

Saw the number on my caller ID a few minutes ago.
Amazed they are calling on Thanksgiving Day no less.

They have called and not left messages but they have called and gotten me twice now...first time I said "take us off your list" and he called again now.  I said it again.  He called me by my first name then when I asked who was calling identified himself very quickly with just a name "Scott" something...when I said "take me off your list"  he started to say "why what happened..."when I hung up.

Caller ID just said "international".

Received a call from 201-228-1022 this evening. When I answered and said "Hello" repeatedly, nobody responded so I hung-up. I called the number back and received a message that "I reached a non-working number."

same thing just happened to me - glad there is this site to check on numbers - i do not give donations over the phone so I dont care if the call is legit or not.   If more people would stop contributing to this kind of soliciting we would not have to put up with these annoying calls.....

keep on getting hang up calls from this number - i am calling the phone company now.   I don't know how i keep on getting a recording saying this number is not in service when my caller id says this is the number

Caller hangs up when answered.  Tried to call back but told number not inservice.

I also receieved several calls from201-228-1022. Caller does not say much except for a persons first name. The person knows that the name is of a woman and therfore if a man answers it, he would immediately hang up. He has not left any messages at my number. Beware of a call from this number or similar number.

Just received a phone call from someone soliciting funds for the NJ Police - donations to be used for bullet proof vests.  He told me there were 3 packages, gold, silver and bronze and needed to know which package I would be interested in.  I told him he can send me info, and I would be happy to review - but like everyone else, I was highly suspicious.  I immediately googled the number  201-228-1022 to see if I could trace it, and was led to this sight. Then, called my local PD, who immediately responded by saying the police will never solicit over the phone.  He had more pressing issues to deal with as they were helping another town with 2 armed robberies.  Bottom line, is ...its a scam, and NEVER give personal info over the phone.  I hope someone spends the time to shut these guys down (although I am sure its tricky).

Called numerous times in past 2 days.

This number has been calling my house for a few days, never leaves a message but when I call it back it says that the number has been disconnected.  SCAM.

The scam-er at 201-228-1022 keeps calling my house and hanging up when I answer. I understand they do that to get your schedule of hours at home. Also they may be trying to get you to call them back.

Receive at least 3 calls per day from this #. No message is left.
