I have managed to reduce the number of calls to 2 or less per week by using some common sense.  First of all, do not waste your time w/Do Not Call list.  These people (if you can call them that) are in India so our laws do not apply.  Here are some other things you should never do: Do not talk to them - once you respond to them they will ramp it up big time.  Do not waste time with whistles or air horns - the fact that you answered the phone at all is enough to paint a bulls eye right on your phone.  Do not curse them or place fake orders as this will also incite them to further harass or threaten you. Here is what you can do that will make life a little easier: Change your phone number and never give it out to any company you do business with online.  Save the incoming phone number on your phone and when you set up the contact choose the "silent" or "no ringer" option.  Change your outgoing voicemail to something generic - you can find these types of recorded messages online and without your name they cannot resell your information.  Remember, their number will change every 4 - 6 weeks.  Look at the caller ID before answering and if you don't recognize it then let it go to your voicemail.  If there is no message you know it is them.  If you are receiving these calls then your number is on a list and while the calls might stop for a while they will always come back.

i have used Amazon.com for several years now to order from....and NEVER had a problem.
I only started getting these calls on January 11th, 2011.  twice on the 11th and twice today, 17th.
I dont know if these guys are directly related to Amazon, but i highly doubt that Amazon has sold any numbers to these dopes.
I would encourage any amazon.com users to call them and chat with their customer service reps about these calls and that they are coming after ordering from their website.
These pukes have probably hacked into Amazon's system and are stealing the numbers from there because its a very popular online shopping site.
I have a blocker caller ap on my phone so i have just blocked them...I tried to call the number back and get a quick busy or disconnected type sound......hmmmm
can totally understand the frustrations though.

Called from a "US Online Pharmacy".  Selling viagra and the like.  Thick Indian accent.

This company has been calling me for 4 years now and the only thing that will help is if you all report them (whatever number they use) everytime to the Federal Trade commission 1-811-382-4357 (this number allows you to talk to a real person).  I have talked to the FDA and what they are doing is illegal and dangerous and if enough people complain there may be something done about it.  I also suggest calling your Congressman and Senator as well. Please Please Please report them every time.

Great plan!!!! I might just try it since I have been getting these stupid calls. Considering my number is unlisted, they must have a computer program that does random calling until it gets a real number. What I want to know is how they can call so frequently. They must have millions of numbers in their database, unless there is a specific market they are targeting, e.g. senior citizens and they get a list from AARP or something like that.

Hey, I am so happy to find this site. Nice to know it isn't just me. These guys are absolutely nuts. I mean, at some point they must realize they aren't going to sell me anything. (I think I have made THAT pretty clear.) Yet they hang in there, arguing, hawking their sh*t. "But sir, wait, your prescription is going to run out." He's saying this while I am on the other end barking, "You are going to jail, motherf*cker!" And he's laughing his head off, we're both laughing and cursing at each other. WTF??? I mean, if they can't sell the [***], why are they bothering? It's insane!!

This guy is an ass. I had the last number he was calling on blocked, and a day later he uses this 201-311-4546. He needs to be locked up.

I got a call from 201-311-4546. Someone else answered and when I got to the phone they caller hung up after I said hello. About 6 months ago I got a calls from the same # asking me to buy some vitamins that I bought 8 years ago with a now defunct company. I'm sure that company sold my # to this company and I'm sure I'll start to get calls again. I made the mistake of using my home phone number rather than my cell # when I first got the vitamins and really don't want to change the number. Its annoying, but unless the gov't steps in and does something about these oversees telemarketing calls I don't think anything will be done.

These freaking [***] keep calling my cell phone, it's been 3 weeks now, and even after I've told them that the person they're calling has died!

I have been getting NONSTOP calls from this mother **** ass mother f***** for about 10 days now... He will call at least 15 times a day trying to get my to buy viagra.  I have no clue where he got my number but I am seriously fuming with some serious rage here.  

I cannot believe that I have to share this world with dirty f**** like this.

I am to the point where all I want to do is try to find a way to make this guy's life a living hell... Please post ideas to get back at these pricks.

This is some kind of criminal operation in all likely hood and is from India. The male caller tries everything he can to sell Levitra, Cialis, etc. to you on the phone. I don't talk to sales people on the phone unless I have asked for the call or I have done business with the company.

The caller says he represents United International Pharmacy. Good luck finding that one.

I have told them three times to do not cal. Take me off the call list. As far as I can tell, this is a one man operation, possibly two.
The same guy calls on the 201 number up to 20 times a day. I have the number marked Do Not Call as the company in my contact list and it shows up every time they call.

Once you answer a call from this number they call forever I guess. They call my cell phone and never leave a message since I don't answer.

I have also gotten a similar call from425-453-1060. It sounds like the same guy and the caller uses the same lines.

Just add the number to your contact list and ignore it although it is irritating. It will train you to turn your alert off when you should have anyway!

I'm 11 and they call me non-stop!!!!  I have tried to reason, I have screamed, I have told them they have the wrong number, but they won't stop calling!!! If you try to call them back it won't let you

Got a call from 201-311-4546 saying its the pharmacy looking for someone, (not me). They call me about 10 times a day. Everytime I would start to explain to them that they have the wrong number they hangup in my face. I finally spoke to someone named Peter saying hes from a pharmacy. He was the biggest jerk ever but the only one that didnt hang up in my face. After trying to get him to listen to me for about 5 minutes (because he was blowing into the phone like a little kid trying to keep from hearing what I wanted to say) I told him that this is harrasment and all I want is for u to stop calling. He said he would put my number on the do-not-call list and no pharmacy anywhere would ever call me ever again. I told him I only wanted them not to call me, and after arguing about that he finally said,only his company would stop calling. I WAS ABLE TO GET A CALL BACK NUMBER FROM HIM AFTER HIM REFUSING TO GIVE IT TO ME FOR ABOUT 10 MIN. HE TOLD ME NOT TO CALL AND I HAVENT. I FIGURED I'D LET YOU GUYS HAVE THE HONORS IN THAT :) LET ME KNOW IF THE NUMBER IS LEGIT OR NOT: 562-881-1228

P.S. I HAVENT GOTTEN ANY CALLS FROM THEM AGAIN SINCE THIS HAPPENED SO I THINK I FINALLY GOT THRU TO THEM!

So ar i have had several calls from this number on my blackberry whcih is a Public Agency unlisted number. I do not get calls on this unless it is an emergency at work.
