Just got a call from them--I'm in Illinois.  I did not answer.  

Fed government, block this hoo-hah, will you?  

Sick parents resting early this morning when rrrrrrrRing  wakes them up as I rush to the phone and answer and "click" .......probably an autodialer verifying which numbers are good ones. GO AWAY

called and left no message

Anyone having anything to do with making unsolicited phone call should be hunted and executed.

Same thing happened to me as well. Rang very briefly and didn't leave a message. Must be a very shy robot.

No message.  Call and hang up.

I constantly receive calls from this number. When I answer, the caller hangs up!

this is a government number calling to get a secondary phone number from certain people. probably, a contractor for a specific agency.   for instance, they may have your cell phone number but not your home phone, so they call your listed home number.  When you answer, they hang up, and notate whether or not it was the person they are looking for.

It rang one time and left no message.

I have no idea who would call me from this number, and think it is probably a robo-call or sales - related.

the do not call list only works for legitimate businesses..

Rang once & stopped, no idea who the caller was.

Yes, this phone # registered as a missed call but when I tried calling back no answer
