Who called me

I don't know why they only call Arab people. This Egyptian girl who spoke Arabic, she called me and asked me what's my address zip code and what country do I resonantly call, I hanged up on her face right away.

I got this call only once, funny they never called back.  I called them back on an online phone service, and i get the options to talk to them in either english or arabic.  And yes like the other poster/s said, they're a telephone company, they told me they were.  I just can't remember if i blocked their number or not.

sounds like a recorded message of a man, the message follows after you say something.  I say hello, he says "hey".  then he says "this is your neighboor from two doors down"  i say no because i know its not.  he says "i need a favor"  i hang up.  I call back from another line and there is an awful laugh and a message saying its something to the effect of ____ prankcall.com

Tell them to stop calling me.

Called me and asked if it would be "okay" of they gang raped me.  Reported to FBI
