no!!! do not pay them... read my post: these people called me too. i know what to expect because they used to call my workplace asking for different people and they are incredibly rude. they got sexually explicit with us girls too. we called the federal trade commission and the woman told us they get the numbers of people who go through pay-in-advance places, then call them from those cricket phones in other countries. mostly pakistan. people's lives have been ruined because they give them info and money. do not give them ANY info. the FCC said they are trying to find a way to deal with this and expect it to get worse over time but since they are actually thousands of miles away, it's hard to locate them. they may be calling from a number in new jersey, but they are not in the united states. if you even answer the phone, they will never stop calling. believe me. they used to call my workplace CONSTANTLY. i mean hang up and dial right back for 9 hours straight, i'm not kidding. it's finally stopped for now, but once in a while we do get a call and we just say that they don't work here anymore. we used to give them phone numbers which we said were for the people they were calling, but they were actually FBI and police numbers. they would call back screaming and threatening us. creepers.

I received a call telling me they were from an attorneys office about a loan I had settled at the end of April. I told them that and He demanded I send proof. I figured it was a scam but as I've read this may be only the beginning for me of the harassing phone calls. And now I'm sure they will start calling me at work to.

suppose 2 pay them but when I ask what is my name they couldn't say who I told him that I was having them record it n the lady said she have me record so i told lady look B" i not paying s**t take me to court. I ask send me some paperwork stating that they are official in  that i supposed to pay this type of money .. Im about call my phone company now n get them check out so i got a letter n no address no name to the person the mail supposed be n was fake a child could have wrote to up its a shame ppl will do anything just get money well not from over here i wont be picking up from them !!!

If they harass you just record their call or let them leave messages and save those messages. Then call a consumer attorney in your state and they'll sue them in court and get you money. Its very easy. These scumbags make mistakes on the phone all the time and each violation will cost them $500-$1000 plus attorney fees.

Man 99% of the people on here wouldn't have these issues if they payed their f'n bills or money they borrowed that was not theirs' to begin with. Sorry kids, in the real world, money that doesn't belong to you must be paid back.
