Called me with a recording telling me to call them back. If they call back, they will be met with an arnold schwarzenegger soundboard.

Call every day so days more often  I have told them I am not interested but they continue to call.
I called the number back and they gave a option of removing my number from their list but this
does no good either.  Very frustrating

same here, MCI international calling several times a day forever, I picked up the phone to hear a man with Indian inflections asking to speak to my diabetic wife.  I told him that I have no idea who he is and they are not our providers so no. He kept asking and I told him that he needed to tell me exactly who they were and what kind of business they had.

He hung up.
