Just got a call from this number.  Caller id said Medco Health.  I held for 17 minutes before someone came on the line.  I waited only because I was in a jolly mood and looking to rag a little on these darn people.  The not so great english speaking fella finally answered and asked for my name!!  If this was indeed legit, he would've known my name...they called me!!  I said yea right and he proceeded to tell me he could save me money on my prescriptions.  I might have a prescription 3 or 4 times a year and my doctor usually writes the script for the free or almost free one at the local Kroger store!!  I told him he was a crackhead and hung up.  Just a little mid-week entertainment.

I have been getting several hangup calls from this number over the past few days and just got one of a few minutes ago.  This time I took down the number and hit the internet.  After finding this site I called the number and actually got in touch with a representative.  It is definitely Medco and she explained that they have been having issues with their automated caller. They were calling about my prescription account.

After discussing my account for a few minutes I told her about the hangup calls and explained to her that when this number is put into any search engine it comes up with complaints from many sites. (such as this one) She stated that she will let her supervisor know.  I went on to tell the rep to pass the an additional message to her supervisor that if the hangup calls continue I will be forced to file a complaint with my HR department.

The company I work for is very large with over 36,000 employees and  Medco is the prescription handler.  If our HR receives enough complaints I'm sure Medco will take action in lieu of losing the account.

This number along with Wyckoff, NJ shows up on my phone.  Calls 2-3 times a day - no message and obviously a scam!

Caller ID says Medco Health.  I normally don't answer b/c they never leave a message, but I'm tired of the calls so I picked up this morning.  There was no response on the line, and I held on until line was disconnected.  Sooooooooo annoying.

rec'd detailed call re rx company that my ins co uses, trying to get lower cost. had my name, digits of address and month of my date of birth. all drugs mentioned were not in use. claimed to be calling for medco.

called medco # on back of my card. they did, in fact , have a notation on my acct. said the call was legit.
calling the 201-891-5075 # would have not given conclusive info.

Multiple calls daily - all hang ups from Medco (201) 891-5075.
REALLY annoying!

I do not beleive this is Medco.  I am a Medco customer.  I did not register my cell phone number with Medco and I am getting the calls on my cell.  Do not give this person any personal information!!!!  I logged into my Medco account & sent an email to inquire if this could be a legit call and am waiting for a response.  Again I don't see how it could possibly be legit since Medco has not been provided with my cell phone numbe.

This was MedCo Pharmacy, doing yet another round of "helpful" customer calls that are predicated on the notion that all of their customers are idiots who don't know how to use a website.  The reason for the hangups or lack of messages is because their call-response system is absolutely BROKEN and doesn't seem to properly detect when there's someone on the other end.  They probably have too many calls and not enough CSRs.

We are receiving the same calls and it's very irritating.  I am contacting Medco Customer Service and lodging a complaint with them.  There seems to be mixed opinions as to whether or not it really is Medco or a telemarketer.  If it is not them, it makes me very uncomfortable that someone has any information at all regarding my family's prescriptions and I hold Medco responsible for that.  They should be handling this problem - stop calling if it is them or find out who is falsely representing them should it not be.  Maybe if enough people do this, they will look into this and take this problem seriously.

I want to stop these calls, they come in constantly on my cell phone. I have to pay for these if I answer them. There is no need for this annoyance.

Live in Upstate NY and this number will not stop calling my cell phone. They have called me twice a day for the last 4 days and I am very over it. They leave nothing on my voicemail and the 2 times that I have picked up the phone they say nothing.

This number just called my cell phone and the same thing, no answer, just listening to air. Very annoying! Too much time on their hands maybe? Why call and don't say anything? I do NOT like it when people wasted my time like that.

I called the number and got through to MEDCO.  They confirmed that the repeated calls are "sales calls" hoping to convince us to fill more prescriptions through MEDCO! I asked to be removed from the list and do not want any further calls to my cell phone.

Received a call today from 201-891-5075.  No message.

Medco is a joke. They screwed up 12 out of 13 prescriptions. It only makes sense that their telemarketing practices are underhanded. Ive complained to the FTC, states attorney and the State insurance dept. Next week im going to start with HR. This is rediculous.

They keep calling my cell phone, but never leave a message. Who the F are these people??

I have gotten several calls from this number over the last couple weeks, same as the rest, no answer when called and they never leave a message. My guess is that it is some kind of identity theft scam.

Showed the Wyckoff NJ caller ID just like many other folks have seen.   I have no use for these jerks and I don't waste my time with them.
