I received the same call over and over from Kevin Watson with Winston & Associates claiming I owed $948.66 dollars from a pay day loan that was never paid; however, it was.  Then proceeded to offer me and Out of Court Restitution w/ Total Credit Restoration to clear my credit.  I have monitored my credit because I work for a Government agency and no such debt has ever been listed.  This is obviously an enormous scam.  Mr. Watson (Or so he says) stated the same thing, that I would be having charges filed on me, they would contact my employer, etc.  

It is sad that such companies and/or scammers exist.
