At 7:00 A.M., PST, I received a call, whom my caller ID identified as Herrera, Emilio, said I was being sued by the IRS and to call 202-247-1239.

They said they were from the IRS and I was being sued

I just got a call its a recording and said i should call its IRS and i got sued then its say bye it didnt even say who they are calling for.  I was stressed but just went to my mind that its a scam. This should stop.

I'm getting a call everyday from this number, I never picked up the call. They leave a pre-recorded voice message saying that the IRS is filling a sue against "you" (yeah, they do not even use my name). It's clearly a scam.

same thing here. only I  receive a couple call a week from this number, PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM.  IRS will not call you regarding tax issues.  they always send you a certified letter first.    I don't understand why it takes law enforcement so long to arrest these scammers.  Like I said, I've receive calls from this same number at lease 4 times over the last month.  should be fairly easy to track this # and bust them.
