I'm on the "do not call" list but I keep getting the annoying calls.

message starts part way through saying to press 1 to take advantage of this before the next billing cycle and that this is the last chance, also referring to the stimulus package.

Folks, these are the same crooks that spoof plenty of other phone numbers on the Caller ID. They are out to rob you. They won't listen to you, they won't take your number off their "call list". All they want is to find people stupid enough to give out their credit card info. Tell everyone you know to NEVER give ANY information of ANY kind to ANYONE who calls you like this. We must stop people from being suckers. It's the only way to stop these calls.

call and call and call, i report and report and report. I am buying a whistle to blow in their damn ear next time.

I keep getting calls from this number.  I have reported it on the do not call registry, filed a complaint with the FCC and contacted the Washington, DC Attorney General's office.

Has anyone got the name of the company from these people?  I asked, but they hung up.

This number came up on my caller id as a wireless call.  Obviously a scam because a credit card company would not be a wireless number.

This number called me tonight and I didn't answer.  It came up on my caller ID as a wireless caller.

Calls about every 2-3 days.

Message says they can help with my credit card.

Finally chose to talk with them. Told the masn who came online that they are violating the do not call list since they are trying to sell a service. a became rude and started cussing at me.

Got a call today claiming that they could lower my credit rate. Said "act now" due to the currently stimulus situation. When I asked how they got my number, they hung up.

Credit  Card Services.  Talked to a man.  Basically told me they will call till they get caught.  When I said I was on Federal Do Not Call List.

Got  a call a few minutes ago, hung on the line to tell them to take me off there list and the woman hung up on me.... I called the do not call # 1-888-382-1222 and  did the automated report.... I have gotten numerous  calls  from this  so called company and each  time I ask them to take me off there list and tell them I am registerd  with the do not call list...  I called the number right back and get  a recording saying this  number is no longer in service.....

They start a recorded message about your credit. I have asked multiple time for them to stop , NO Luck

Calling over and over, no message.

They kept calling and not leaving a message. One day I answered and they wanted to talk to me about my credit card debt. I could hardly understand the person who was asking the questions. Kept insisting I had a Discover card, then asked which cards I had. I didn't tell them. They asked my balance and I lied and gave them a number. They hung up. But they keep calling and calling and calling. I am on the Do Not Call List and will report them there as well.

THe call came from 202 351 3916.  I pressed one, because the prerecorded call told me that they had important information about my credit card balances.  I have no credit card balances, I was intrigued...

I was connected to Kirsten (Key-ersten, she was insistent on the pronunciation, but I didn't really care) with J & D Services.

I told her I was on the do not call list, and she basically hung up on me.

Got a call from this number about reducing credit card interest rate. Hung up and blocked the number

Same "important message" robo call. How is this legal?
