    I received a call from phone number 202-378-7651yesterday at 1720 hours, a male voice with a thick east indian accent asked my name and then mumbled some words and hung up.  Since then I have received several calls from a no caller id with an immediate hang-up as I answered.  In the past, I received calls from 202-864-1115, the caller with a thick east indian accent claimed to be from the IRS, he identified himself as Gary Jordan.  I then called him out as a scam and he used profanity towards me before he hung up, after I also began receiving calls from a no caller id with immediate hang-up.
