Just got the call. Annoying as all hell. Said basically the same thing as Y'all, but asked for Ruben Staker. What a joke.

Just got the same call, exact as in description, they wont answer any questions now hang up on me.  so I keep calling how do they like it!  Want to know what I am going to jail for, and what's crappy they know my info..... WTF  Someone needs to stop this crap its harassing and false.

They called my job and said I needed a lawyer. They were going to serve me papers at work. I got a pay day loan. I told them show me proof or come on and serve me. They fake.

I received a call last night left on my voicemail at work. About a restraining is out and that I have four hours to contact if not they was going to contact my employer and garnish my wages. They didn't identify who they was calling for, sounded like a recording.

Haha this number called me yesterday saying need to call back in 4 hours then they called my office today and when I called them back they wanted my home address and personal info. When I asked the lady what company she is with she said RRS EQUITY, a lawers office. Then I told her that let me look that up she said we will find you and hung up the phone. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I'm at work and a call listed PRIVATE is on the Caller ID, so I answer and I get the recorded message saying I had 4 hours for me or my attorney to call them back at 202-417-2021 or press 9 to speak to a litigator.  I will have a restraining order against me if I do not respond and they will contact my employer to have my wages garnished  If this was a legitimate lawsuit, why is the plaintiff so SECRETIVE? I have no information on who I supposedly am being sued by and for what?  I am glad I googled the number and was directed to this site!

Called me and said if I didn't call back I would be sued ,so I called back and asked who was going to sue me and they hung up . I called several times and keep getting hung up on .and Finaly I called back again and it told me know one is available .I beleave. It is a scam

Got a call from this number at my work. They said I'm being sued by Payday Loans of America and said I had until 2 pm to call them back or they'll filing a lawsuit against me worth over 2 grand. I did some research and Payday Loans of America are scamming people up the ying yang. I'm not calling backs but I'm filing a report w the police for them to stop calling my work.

I received call yesterday and have tried calling back several times but no answer?  Yea..if it was real you would be served papers and speak to a real person! Idiots!!

These [***] called me at  6am threatening me with litigation.  Well not me. They called for someone in my town.  That i do not know. They gave me this womans address.. Place of work.. Date of birth .. And last 4 of her social..  Very  small town.. So it was easy to find her.. I could have done something messed up.. But instead i just warned her this number gave me (a stranger )  her personal info and threatened her with a sepona from a payday loan.. She did not get or know about..

I received the same call; very threatening and menacing.  With the call it said caller refused to be identified; wonder why?  As if anyone would push 9 or even contact these low lifes!

This number called and said I would be sued

I received the same call stating that I had to call them in 4 hours or else, who calls people to let them know that they will fill as restraining order against me. Dont these scammers know that a restrainging order is to be used so that the parties are not to come 100 yards of each other, yea right. They would go to jail cause they would be breaking the law in coming to me or my work since they would be violating the restraining order, they are such dinks....

Received the same unknown automated call saying I had 4 hours to contact them, that someone filed a "compliant" against me, have a restraining order and may have to appear in court. Then they want to "resolve" the matter by garnishing my wages. Sounds like a big scam!

These people are scammers.  They hope to scare you to the point that you call them and then they offer to settle with you for a certain amount of money and demand you pay over the phone.  No collection agency or law firm works in this manner.  DO NOT RETURN THEIR CALLS.  Under no circumstances should you speak with them.  They will eventually stop calling once they realize you are not falling for their scam and illegal practices,

Hello- This message is to everyone really. The same thing happened to me a few mins ago . Said I owed payday loans. Did anyone else receive any other calls after the initial or a letter from the court ?

I got the same call and I LOVE getting these calls. I have an app on my phone that records all calls and I just made complaint to the FTC. I would love to talk to someone at this scam company, just to get them on tape. The only thing better is the scammers that claim they work for Microsoft and want to help "Clean" my computer....trouble is I have a MAC. The weird part is that were calling me as if I was someone else, whatever.

Just received the same call.  Threatening me said they were from Payday Loans of America.  I live in the state of WV.  Payday lending is not allowed in my state.  Our AG has sued the pants off these scammers.  This is a total scam.  The last I checked you can't be put in jail for a debt.
