Constant calls started today, caller ID says Michael Green, so after reading all the above comments, I pick it up and hang it up and blocked it.

Guy with an Indian/Pakistani accent tells me my computer has a malicious virus and I need to turn it on so that he can show me what to do about it.  I ask him what virus? He says; "Please, you have to turn it on so I can show you!" I'm sure he wanted me to turn it on and give him access. Don't do it people!! I said, "Nice try!" and hung up. And so should you!

Another bs call

A man with a thick Indian accent said he was from Windows Security and that our computer was sending numerous malicious emails.  When told that we had 5 computers he could not say which one was the problem.  Hung up when he didn't give a call back number as requested.

They have changed the caller id name. It reads "Michael Green". Called multiple times in the last two days. Last night was almost 10 pm.

Called. I answered. Only dead air. Caller id says Michael Green.

I got a phone call from this number, I don't know anyone that lives in Egypt. I blocked the number

Comes up as Larie Smith.Called me and said I had a computer problem. I started to talk to him in spanish and he started to sing to me in Indian language. I sang to him too. LOL. It is a SCAM people!!!

Now the name is Michael Green! I don't give theses people my time! They are illegal idiots!

I played along with that kind of a call one time and in the end I told him he was a fool because I didn't believe him and then he hung up I'm just starting to get these calls and Laurie Smith I have a Robo call I love it

"Mr India" called 5 times, got me 2 talking dirty until my husband picked up.  After the 5th time of no one picking up and trying to record him, he stopped!

NEVER give out your personal or computer info to anyone over the phone. These calls are rerouted from India (or Pakistan) to a Washington number. They probe for computer info in order to gain access to your computer and home network, and implicitly your email, bank, social media login information. Make sure your anti-virus and firewall are turned on and also updated on a regular basis.

I get this call every day........................it is blocked on my phone.

I got a call from a man with a heavy Indian accent who said his name was John William and that I needed to go to my Windows computer right away to fix a problem.  He said they were getting error messages and I needed to get in front of my computer right away.  When I told him no and that I would call him back, what was his number, he gave me 877-750-6443 and told me to call back right away, right away, right away.  He also knew my name which is very concerning but I knew the second he called it was a scam. He couldn't even tell me from which company he worked.
