    I received a voicemail from this number and the lady that left a message had an Indian accent. She did not indicate who the message was for. Phishing scam for sure. I contacted the IRS and was told to go to this website to report this fraudulent activity:  http://www.TIGTA.gov . The IRS is aware of the issue as they have been getting similar calls.
