i got a call from some really weird number

Damn. Looks like I fell for this scam. Hope there are no serious consequences.

I got a call and right when I picked up the phone, they hung up. I tried to call back and got a steady weird busy signal. I tried several times and once it actually answered and immediately hung up.

my ex keeps getting calls from this number asking how do you know brittney and then hanging up......my names brittney. wtf how do they know me and y are they calling my ex it makes no sence i guess they have been threatening him too then hanging up and when you call back you get a weird ringer then its quiet then it just hangs up on you.

Same thing here. Answered the phone, and the call was disconnected before I could get my name out.

I just got the ship cruise Bullsh*t call too. Grrr... mine said it came out of the District of Columbia. WTF. Someone needs to fix it quick. I hate when people have nothing better to do... GO GET A JOB

Got a at 11:23 am. Looked up the area code and saw it was DC area code. I see this site lists it as Cario Egypt. Caller did not leave message assumed it was a survey of some type being that the number was not known by me.

Missed call from this number, been getting more bs calls/texts on my cell lately. GO AWAY!

BOGUS dont answer

I got a call from the 1-202 number .... no one on the other end.  I was getting this call about 3 to 5 times a week.  I got my cell phone bill and it showed I had called several places in Europe.  I have never called anyone outside the US on my cell phone.  The phone calls totaled $1000. plus.  Went to AT & T and they asked if I had gotten a call from the number 202-480-5620 and I said yes several times a week.  They told me they were stealing my number to make international calls.  They said what they do is call and you answer and they know it is a working number.  They then make a collect call and charge it to your number. AT & T will block the number but there is a fee to do this.  Their advice is don't answer any numbers you don't know....hard to do for me as my cell phone is a business phone.  BEWARE ANSWERING THIS NUMBER!!!!!

Yea, I got a call from them as well.  No message.  Thanks for this website tho.  I always check it when I get a bogus call.

I answer this cal last night around 6pm - it was a 10 question survey about diabetes, YAZ, etc.  finally when it was completed; I held on the phone for a customer service rep, they asked for my first/last name and said someone would give me a call within 48hrs to set up my cruise...fingers crossed! hahah
