I get calls from these random numbers on a daily basis, at all hours of the day and night, and since I have an iPhone it says where the phone numbers are located.  This particular number shows up as "DC, USA", but I've had multiple from "NY, USA" for example, etc.  Have never answered from these numbers but would like to know how to get them to stop calling. Extremely annoying to wake up to these ***holes calling at 3am Tuesday morning.  RIDICULOUS.

Also got the call about a cheesy bahamas thingy.

I never answer a call on my cell that isn't already in my phone book.If it turns out to be important, like for a bill of some kind, they will leave a message. I agree with Donna also, however, "Do Not Even Answer" if you don't know who they are.If you answer Robo Dialer now has your number stored for future fishing schemes. I just got a call from this number.  Did not answer as I do not answer calls for numbers that I do not recognize.  Looked it up here and found out that it is a sales person.  Egads.  Thanks google for tracking this stuff.

Got this call on my work cell phone number.  When I answered it immediately disconnected.

Got the call on a personal phone - 3rd or 4th solicited call in a few days.

Just got the same call on a company cell phone.  Unfortunately, I answered since I sometimes get calls from people who look me up in the company directory.  Hopefully I haven't opened the flood gates.

I just got called from this number on my cell phone.  I don't know for sure how this number got my cell phone number but I did not answer.  It did not leave a message.  I google it and got this web site.  I love this web site.  I look up all my questionable phone numbers and always get answer on who and why I get these phone calls.
