As most of the individuals reported Being called by "ESTA SOL", about six months ago I was called from the 202-495-7177 about once a day. When I called the number back, found out it was for a survey. I pressed the the # 1  to opt out. Now I am getting called by them from the ph.# 402-982-0649. Guess they changed it so as to start calling and bothering people from a different #.

I have tried to "opt out" from Esta Sol and another by the name of Health Benefits (Esta Sol also)  Pressing 1 doesn't work for opt out they still call mercilessly... is there a secret?

I have Verizon phone and Esta Soll calls faithfully at least 2x daily.

we should all contact him and barrage his twitter account with comments about this, his phone isn't working, or lets add his address to all the junk mail mailings

why is it that someone can get away with this harassment?  I can play that game too, and will until this place is SHUT DOWN

I get this call everyday, a few times a day. Caller ID says its Esta Sol. I have been placed on there do not call list several times, but they keep calling. I would really like them to stop calling me or give me there address so I can drive there and explain to them violently to stop calling me. My phone number is 719-544-1192.

estasol is the name left from phone # 402 982 0513. they call at least weekly, don't leave a message. whe I dial their number I get a "all circuits are busy".

Hey Y'all, I may be Crazee, but I'm not insane enough to answer a long distant call & have to pay for it, TOO!! That estasol calls my home phone number about every hour starting at 3pm til about 11pm daily.
Yes, it can drive you nuts & they're not the only ones. They're all either telemarketers or bill collectors for bills YOU DO NOT HAVE!! Or telling you that your car's warranty has running out & need to renew.
 Don't answer any long distant calls unless you wanna have to pay for it, of which IS INSANE!!
If you answer any of those annoying calls & start giving your name & all your vital info,
you may as well go ahead & kiss your credit goodbye.

I took the survey bc i figured why not? took the 10 questions about the household and people in it... nothing too crazy... at the end it said you have just won your cruise tickets... then hangs up on me. I tried calling back but it looks like that can't be done..

I just received a call from 402-982-0522 and kept saying "hello" but no one would answer.  The caller ID said it was from ESTASOL- (all capitals and no space)  I tried calling back, but I got the "busy signal" intermittent dialtone.  Would love to get these guys home numbers!!!!!  This is about the tenth time they have called me in the last month, never leaving a message.  I had to look them up here just to find out who they are.

This company calls me 3-4 times per week. They never respond after I answer, they just hang up. This has been going on for almost a year. How do I get them to stop?

I am getting called from ID name Esta Sol. I answer it and there's nothing there. Maybe if I spoke they would answer. I don't like to invasion of my private life with these calls. I want them to stop

My husband just called the number on the caller ID back and it gives the option to push "1" to get off the calling list.

The telemarketing company has a "complaint line" at (800) 308-6383 which is also being used for websites like tollfreezone.com, dominionsales.com, dominionparties.com, findmyyacht.com and tollfreetexting.com, and Michael J. Montes is listed as the president, address is 26961 Via La Mirada #100, San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675 (currently for sale on Orange County, CA craigslist) which is a residential address (Google it). Mr. Montes has CA broker license #01016135. Call (800) 308-6383 to let Mr. Montes know how you feel. Or, tweet Mr. Montes through his Twitter account http://twitter.com/michaeljmontes. OBVIOUSLY, ESTA SOL IS A SPOOFED ID because anyone can copy it, and one can enter it in the
Fax or IP phone and pose as ESTA SOL, impersonating company or a copycat telemarketer.

Contact Michael Montes and his name may be an alias on FACEBOOK and he lied saying that someone else has owned his phone number and it's NOT his. He got mad cuz I blasted him on his lies and harassment of our phones! He told me that he WILL SUE ME FOR BLASTING HIM OUT ON THE WEB!! I LAUGH! I told him funny that he can harass us on our phones thru day and nite and he has the nerve to complaint! I told him well the feelings are mutal! Don't momma teach you NOT 2 due to others in what you do want done 2 you!  He said that he will sue me... I said GO ahead and make my day.. cuz I will own all his property for violating the FCC!!

Been getting this call for ever!!  Dont answer but redial it and that is when you get the opt out option, however after about a couple of months they will call back, but just do the same thing

Hook em into a fax machine, they'll get the message "eventually".
