Has been called about three times about urgent legal matter.call back.and.some crappy answering machine.please advise

I have received this call today..an atomated vm was left I called it back and got leave a message so I did and with that being said I will be reporting this number absolutely to the attorney general. My tax refund was for 2193.00...but nothing else was said..I havent talked to an actual human..but I will answer it next time and i will get a name no matter how broken it is..i am going to have my son record the voice..this is crazy..this is scary because elderly and really actually some persons (like myself) who receive ssi, thought at first it may have been added onto my ssi ..because my exhusband is not my daughters payee any more..so that is what I thought it may be..thank God I looked this number up..because I probably would have fallen for it, until they would have said i owe 138 dollars..then I would have known it was a scam! Thank you everyone,,honestly

same scenario as all here. Recording from the "IRS" stating I have a refund coming call back with personnel info. Heres the deal, the IRS already has all my details. I dont think I need to give it over the phone.

I received a call from the following number today at 5:05 pm it was an automated call telling me that I was due a 2100 dolloar tax refund from the IRS. This is a scam and they  are using CTC Communications as their phone carrier. ( internet phones) When I went to the CTC Communicatins site the number that they used to report was an overseas company. I am reporting this to the Feds and to the IRS.
