After hearing the recorded message, I called back and "had fun" asking the "agent" all sorts of questions about the weather, favorite pizza, etc.  when the hung up, I called back and repeated my routine.... Being retired and on a boring day, I had the time to have fun.  After about eight calls back yo their number, I was automatically cut off.   Wasted a lot of their time talking and had some childish fun on my side.

I got this one a few minutes ago. Took about 10 seconds to find this website. Does this kind of scam actually work???? "IRS is about to sue you"

Received two calls so far today - 1st @ 10:31A - caller id shows District of Columbia - message left saying final call from IRS before legal action will be taken - please call back; 2nd @ 1:21P - same info and message as first call.  SCAM!!!!

Everybody call this number *67 12025585660  (*67 will hide your number) and have fun with them, it's time hit back !!!
They will pick up the phone pretending to be IRS office. Don't be afraid if enought people call they will eventually get tired of us. If phone companies don't do anything about these [***] than we fight back !!

Yes! I posted a comment yesterday about doing this. I programed my computer again today and called them back 300 times in a row. After my comp was done with its robo-call to them I personally called them and talked to the fake IRS agent with a foreign accent and told him im the guy that called u 300 times in a row and I will continue to jam up his 202-558-5660 so that no other calls will get thru and that number will become useless. He told me that was illegal so i told him to call the police and report me and i also informed him that the real USA IRS is located in Ogden, Utah their ph# Is 801.626.0753 he then started to say something  so I interrupted him and said sorry I have to go but I will call him right back 300 times! He yelled at me in a foreign language and hung up on me. #RingRingRingHelloHello

They are stealing money from senior citizens but won't be from my parents. I hope others will take the time to report them.
I'll be honest I've reported them before and they just changed numbers(same thick Indian accented female) but I won't stop.

I have used a different tactic, they called and I asked, "Do you know what you're doing is immoral.... do you have morals, would you steal from your parents?"  They hung up. I'm sure they wouldn't want ppl stealing from their family. These are people at the other end of the line, appeal to their humanity.

I have received several recorded messages from this number. I got sick and tired of it so I called them back today and told them not to call my again, period.

Received a call from this number about a lawsuit from IRS.  Called back the number, appears to go to a call center with multiple people (lots of background noise).  Seems to be a scam.  They threatened me with arrest, wanted me to withdrawal cash to pay back past due taxes.

Got 3 calls from this number. It was a recording that irs was filing a lawsuit against me. Please older folks, do not fall for this scam. Do not answer.  These calls are everywhere, and they are scamming money from people who do not really understand this problem, we have in our society today.
