I was  also  told the exact same thing by Gloria Kelly.  This sounds like a big scam, why would I have to give someone $200 to receive $7800. Never heard of the Federal Government doing something like this.

i just received the same phone call from a cheryl morgan, (yet this chick couldnt even speak english, sounded like she was reading all her "info" from a script)......yeah......sure let me go western union someone i dont even know $200, i hope these people get caught, because some very gullable person just might go and do this.......crappy people......and everytime i asked her a question she acted like she didnt hear me.......the number was 202 621 0241

Boston MA. Apr 16, 2012. 10:40 am.  I just received the "lucky" call, the ID caller on my phone was 1000012, from Kevin Morris, employee ID 07621, same story, $7800 the grant, $200 security deposit, same phone No.202-621-0241, I have to call back to this number when I am at western union office....  
How many many calls do they have to make to find one victim falling on this scam????   maybe 350,000 to 1?
