The foreign guy called me back on my phone.  He sounds very intoxicated and even flirted with me and said that he likes me and he will keep calling me.  How can I make a harrasment claim now?  He even talked about his two kids.  He says he is calling from a lugenament company and I told him that I believed Capital Segway is a real company, but he is breaking several laws.  I asked him why he is trying to scam everyone and he said well did i ever asked you for money.  He doesn't even know my name.  Then he kept saying he needs a camel and I said are you asking me for a cigarette?  He said no i don't need anything.  Someone really needs to do something about him.

A drunk foreign scam artist who is trying to steal other people's money and even threatens to throw them in jail.  Never give your information to a loan place online because these places sell your information to scam artists like him.

capitol segway has their own website though. They actually sell segways to businesses and police. Those rat bast called me again today twice. But it all ended when I forwarded all my incoming calls to 911. Vinaya know how to crack down....but we need a lawyer. How about WE ALL  get a lawyer and sue them for 5 million dollars. Charges are harrassment to self and employer, threats to self and employer, impersonation of false companies, depression, anxiety,

I had the same thing happen to me. I had a learning disability and physical handicaps. The same [***] called me and sad the samething. I was balling and called my parents and Service Cordinator. They talked.to one lady from washington who knew everything about me and my ex husband except that we have been divorced for almost 7yrs. How the hell do they get ur cell phone number and SS#. Thats.what really bothers me is that they have my cell and ss#. How can we stop this [***] from happeing again?

These people have been calling me and my boyfriend about 6 times they have used 2 different numbers they just called me about 10 min ago the first time they called the thought they were calling my boyfriends work but it was my cell told me all the same bull crap that they told u all the guy was hard to understand so I asked to talk to someone who was American he got mad beacuse I wanted to talk to some one else  he also told me that I was responsible to tell my boyfriend that he was to pay 556 dollers and right a letter sayin he didn't want to go to court also that we couldn't pay using our bank account that we had to get a dot card and this all had to be done in an hour or that he was going to be arrested at his job they also have our home address his and my cell #  and his SS# its just a scam we called the place he had a loan from and they said everything was fine and that they would contact him and nt have a place do it for them also we spoke to our layered and he said not to pay them any money its a scam so if u get a call from the 2026212523 or 9514680381 don't answer they just want to scam u out of ur money

i just recieved a phone call form this number 2026212523 and left a message and wants me to call them back? what should i do? should i call them back? as of right now i am filing bankruptcy..

Its a scam..they called me last week Monday...its now Wednesday...these people r fake and thieves. Do not pay a dime. These people r not real. I was freaked out too. After coming here I foung the truth and did extensive research...read my previous post.

I've received a few of these calls too, After a few weeks of harassment, I finally returned the call immediately and got no answer. This morning, I decided to try again, after another rude, threatening voice mail, and was informed that I was committing fraud by taking out a loan and not repaying it. When I asked who the loan was with, he simply did the same thing, threatened me with jail, called me a son of a [***] and hung up on me, refusing to accept my call.

I am being harassed by Hindu type people and telling me I will be arrested in the morning, they say they are from " The Law Office " the number they call from is 202-621-2523, people beware of these as* holes

It been about 2 weeks and I am still here. There will never be an arrest. I talked to police they cant do anything unless I have a physical address. I need a lawyer. But he isnt any good because I really dont have a strong case. All I got is a phone number and a made up name" Troy Martin" linked to a un confirmed address. Got a letter from the attorney general and they cant  do a thing because I dont have any details. I talked to the police and he told me I should let it go because All they are going to do is make up another name and change their number. He stated if these people were desperate to find me they would have already done so a long time ago. All this bologne about me getting jailed was a bunch of crap. I got scared. I admit it. But I am not hiding and I have since then changed my numbers. I no longer receive those threats. There is no "LAW OFFICE." There never was. It is all fake people. So just let it go. Law offices dont arrest you. Police do. I did all the research I could I talked to everyone I could and got the same answer. LET IT GO. Folks we do not have enough evidence on these rat buckets. SO I must also let this case go. It is a cold case with a dead end. These address and info I found is not enough. So I am moving on. We all must move on.

This 2026212523 is calling me about me giving him my lawyer and threating me about some unpaid load he call me three times this today, threating to sue me and good luck he also call me from two other number..

Has anyone here took out one of those next day loans? No credit check, bad credit ok situations???  Because Im wondering if there is a pattern here? I didnt get calls from this HINDU jerk until I took out one of these loans.......

Got a voicemail from this number from a hindu sounding man with a very thick accent. He ask for a name I did not recognize.

They called me too. They have info. Turn the number in to the attorney general. If they dont get enough complaints they will not pursue it.

i got the same call fro the same guy and i knew it was fake cause he only said knw my 1st name

i applied for a loan and im sure thats how they got our info

really guess you work for them because according to the attorney general they have to follow legitimate debt collection protocol which does not include threats and harrassment.  If anybody continues to hear from them immediately report them
