They are calling me at work from (202) 629-9350 also claiming they are an attorney Shane Watson.  I am a New York attorney.  I am frustrating him by not calling back.  F with these guys.  I sure the heck am.  Play the game they are playing.

I keep getting these calls too.  Somehow they know my name and social security number.  When they call I tell them there is no one here by that name.  They also call my work number and I tell them the same thing.  A few months ago I had my brother in law call him back and tell him he was my attorney and to quit harrassing me.  It stopped for a while and has started up again.  I am just ignoring the calls now.

Apu..from the simpsons...left a voice mail on my work phone saying the same thing, Why can't get these fool's get real jobs... and stop trying to dig in our pockets for our hard earned money.. gesh!!

This same guy has been calling me for almost 2 months. I always ignored it & he'd leave a voicemail for someone named 'Cephus Jones' and that he or his lawyer needed to call back.  I ignored it until this week and called back & told them they needed to remove my number from their call list because i was not that person.  They asked for my name. I refused to give it to them and he said it was the only way he could remove my number. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR NAME!  I asked what company it was he said "a law firm", i asked the name and he said " Thomas K. Crowe".  I told him again to remove my number and he said "i like talking to you, your voice is good" I told him i knew this was a scam & that he didn't even sound like a lawyer & i was going to the police.  3 days later he called back using my first name (which i did not give him) asking if i remembered him telling me he liked me and then told me he'd call me in 30 min and i better pick up.
My dad called the number and chewed him out & told him to quit harassing me. They pretended they could not understand english or speak it suddenly. 3 hours later he called from a new number & tried to convince me that we'd met the day before. I told him to quit calling me and he said "I cannot stop my hands from dialing your number". What a CREEP!!
The names he gave were David Williams & Shawn Watson. Other numbers they are calling from are 202-263-3640 & 410-479-4400
I called the real Thomas K. Crowe they said it's a scam & to not give them any info & try not to even talk to them at all.

So I got this call at 4pm today from this Indian guy saying that he was calling from the office of Attorney James Miller and that he was looking for two individuals involved in fraud and that my was also used and that police would be showing up at my house the next day. Ok!!! Yeah, right!!!!!   I didn't know that persons and I told him so be it and he told me that if they showed up to give hom a call and he would take care of it. Then I Googled the number and here I am.  This has been happening a few times a year now since one of the individuals mentioned , stole my identity. I believe these idiots to be creditors looking to collect money and trying to track down these people involved so be aware!!!!!! They have also called from blocked numbers, Texas, and other funky weird area codes. They are always Indian.

These people call constantly and have been for over a year. I have filed a complaint with the county Sheriff Department (the same Sherriff Department that they said would be out to arrest me and two of my family members) for stalking, harassment and threats. They also call my work number and threaten people at work, etc. Same stuff as above. They are a SCAM!

how do these people get a phone number to call us?  my grandson has fun calling them back to back for a couple days then they stop calling for about 2 months and then they start calling all over again.

Got phone call from this number today, said it was attorney James Miller. Claiming sheriff will come tomorrow to serve me with papers and arrest me. Said I got a payday loan and never paid back. Had last 4 of my ssn, cell phone, and address. I called Sheriff and no notice. Do not give any info to these bums. Scumbags and frauds

Got a call from a very heavily accented foreign man asking for a coworker.  I asked his name, company phone number.  Could barely speak English!!!  And the connection kept sounding as if it had been disconnected, making me think that he was in a foreign country and spoofing a U.S. phone #. He put me on hold a few times and then came back saying his name was Shaun Williams from the Williams Law Firm (I'm sure he had to look up a legit law firm to give a false answer!).  His phone was 202-629-9350 (lots of call center type background noises - turns out the # is based in Cairo, Egypt).  I told him this was a company and we did not take personal biz calls and to remove this #.  I also informed him that the call was being recorded to turn over to the fraud unit of the local police dept.  He got very rude, said that they would be coming to arrest me. Right! Terrorist Scammer!  
Think our gov't would shut these scammers down?  NOT!  Look at who's in the white house - spineless and allows this to go on.  As Americans, we are not wired to be devious like these foreigners that have had thousands of years to hone their weasel-like skills.  They may be extremely uncivilized in many areas, but when it comes to being devious, adapting to execute their agenda, we can't even compare. But, in the end, good will triumph and evil will be tossed into the lake of fire.  Satan's offspring, Cain's spawn will be no more.  Get ready, it's coming!

I have received harrassing phone calls saying that I have legal charges me and that I must call them
immediately or face the consequences.  I don't return the phone calls because I know that I don't
have any legal charges against me or owe anybody.They seem to have all my personal data but I
have no idea how they got it. They are probably trying to steal my identity but I filed bankruptcy four
years ago and I know they can't purchase anything in my name. They have gone to far as to call my
employer and he reported it to the local police and FBI.  I hope they catch them and put them under
the jail.

These folks call my cell number and office line constantly.  I always try to ignore their calls but sometimes they call in from a different number and when I answer they start their script....They even stated they were going to arrest my employer, which happens to be an attorney!  At any rate, please do not give this people any information, it is a scam!

has anyone gotten any calls stating they are from sherrifs office from number +911 or 1911?

they say owe money the person has thick indian accent get call every couple months
