Says he was from the US Government

I received a call from this no by a female with an accent stating that my name has been selected by the dept of human and health services to receive a grant of 9200. I was given a verification no to call the account officer within the next 45mins. The lady called back after 3hours asking if I've called the number she gave me. I told her that am not interested then she hung up.

Something similar happened to me, they asked for me by first and last name and I lied and said they had the wring number, and said "f&*$ you lieing b!@$#, I talked to you yesterday" like chill.

They are persistant.  I've told them repeatedly not to call.  Second call today I thought I'd find out who they are...same story.  I said that I don't do any business over the phone.  so mail me the info.

Calls repeatedly o one eve leaves amessage. Pretty sure its another scam.

got a call from this number someone asking for Hartman

I just got off the phone with a man that told me he had a gov. Grant for $9,700 for me from the #(202)789-5588 and gave me the number for his supervisor (202)810-3617 and gave me comfirmation number..he new my first and last name and also my address..this is very scary .how do they get my information and I been getting calls from other numbers starting (202) that call everyday and a good 5-6 times even late at night
