I got the same message saying that I was a fraud on my taxes. Listing his badge number.

He called me and said i am going to get locked up today. He said his name was Chris Martin

Boy John/Jonathon is on a roll today, just got the same call on my cell. He left a message saying it was urgent I call him back, he said he was from the IRS and that I was being audited. He too said I was hiding money. Hiding money that's a joke! and that's when I knew this was a scam.

I got a call from Jonathan Knight who said he was from the IRS and that I have an arrest warrant out for me.  First of all he was most definitely not American.  When I asked to speak to an American, he hung up on me.  I have looked and there are no IRS numbers that have a 202 area code that I can find.  I think it is a scam to get you to send them money.

I received several voice mails on my work phone from this individual. When I spoke with him he told me the IRS would be issuing a warrant for my arrest if I didn't make a payment immediately with him over the phone. I don't cheat on my taxes, and I felt fairly confident the IRS wouldn't issue an arrest warrant for me. I asked to speak with his manager and he hung up on me.  I called the actual IRS 1 800 number and was told this was a fraudulent impostor.

I received the same call, don't call back the number. If the IRS was really after you they would inform you by postal mail.

I got a voice mail saying the same thing I didn't believe a word of it

called as a prerecorded message stating he was from the IRS and that i committed fraud.....so...what
.......i did not.. I hate the government.....and i wont shed a drop of salty  tears when things really get real.

I just received a call saying I was hiding Money from the IRS, which is untrue because I'm all settled and already received my taxes back. It was a man from India as well and he sounded like he was reading something scripted. I just hung up on him and blocked the number from calling me. I just accidentally answered my phone as I went to pick it up, as it was on silent. Usually I let unknown numbers leave a voicemail if they're important.

This definitely sounded like a scam though. Be careful.

I just recovered a call from this number. The caller stated he was from the IRS and said I filed false tax returns  for over 10 years. This of course was a patent falsehood as I file totally honest returns, on time and have scrupulous documentation of all my tax information.

The call was an obvious scam. I would like his number reported and investigated by the appropriate authorities.

I also would appreciate it if you add his number from a no call list, so that I know longer get calls from that number.

If possible, please respond to me by email how this matter was resolved.

Me again called him back six times, lets harrass him now!!! I told him he was all over the internet as a scammer and he hung up and blocked my number, so i called from my friends phone next and laughed at him, he hung up LOL
tomorrow im calling him from work, my moms phone, and any one else that will let me use their phone. Lets see how he likes it!!!!!!

Got the same call.johnathan knight could not make out badge #. Very heavy accent. Called back and talked with ryan smith, badge # 14168A. Said I was withholding information from IRS. Sent a warrent out, but it was for my son. 7 years of of returns. Only been working for 2. For a one time deal only I could pay $7213. if not it would go up to $32000. Said I would see him in court and that I was going to call the police. Called him back, He told me to go to hell and hung up on me. I was laughing so hard I was crying. Tina has the right idea. We need to call that # back and tell them we know its a scam.

Same Call. Sounds like he's from India. He said that if I did not speak with him he would "Rule on Me".
SCAM!!!

I got the call he said his name was Johnathon knight and that his badge number was 46719. told me there was an arrest warrant out for me, called me Cindi, that is not the name I used on my taxes, so i knew it was a scam, he also gave me a case number and a warrant number.  I was a bit shaken up but asked him to please tell me how many people were on my tax return and to provide my SSN, he quickly hung up.

A few months ago I got a call from a woman with a heavy accent telling me that I was granted money from the government. She then proceeds to tell me that the government only grants money to those who pays their taxes every year. Then today I got a voicemail message from this Indian Knight guy telling me that I am suspicious of fraud and also hiding something from the government...these people need to be stopped once and for all!!!!!

A man that sounds like he is from India left me a message with s badge number saying he was from the IRS didn't leave return number but said I was be auited.
