I got the same phone call on my sisters phone,but they asked for me, it was a Maria Williams with a heavy accent. I did not do it, first it makes no sense for me to put money on a card so you can give me money. Or maybe the $150 was part of the first $1000? I don't know , but if the government  was going to give something I am sure they would send a letter.

I recieve the same call today about about receiving $7,800.00 for having a good record or something like that. It all sounded like a crock. The person I spoke in a heavy accent. I looked it up just to see if I was wrong. Thank you for posting this to keep others informed and protected. :)

They just called me with the same thing but they want me to put 350 on the card I guess they thought I was born yesterday

Dont fall for these people they call saying they are from the government these people talk with a heavy accent just hang up the phone

I want to know if anyone has even tried it.. i had the same call. Her name was Janet brown. I need the money so bad but im scared it is a scam. So has anyone really gone through with it?

2027381511 this is a scam called me to give me 7000 for paying my bills on time and having no criminal record but I just got home from prison for having a DUI so they definitely didn't have accurate info. Don't do it

i got a call today say i won gran money of 7800..looked the number up online and seen this…and then i called the number back and it said it was disconnected…so its a scam the guy said is name was mari moore… he gave me another number to call him back at… 202 738 1393 ext 121 i believe its a scam…don't trust...

This number keeps calling my phone but I don't answer and just looked it up and found all this. I don't answer numbers I don't recognize and let them leave messages if necessary. Now I'm glad I didn't answer!
