This is a classic IRS scam. They want your vitals and then they will steal you blind.

I and my wife are also getting these fake IRS scam calls from this number. The question is not why there are con men and scam artists. The world will always have those who rather do criminal activities than support themselves through legitimate means. The question is why those who work for us, the general public, not arrest and prosecute these con artists? It is like having a burglar drops his ID card at the home he broke into. It can not be that hard to trace who that number belongs to.

Hey these guys will help you with your IRS back taxes, as soon as they get done with you, you won't have any money left in your bank account to pay the IRS. How about that. Really would like to get my hands on one of those a__ holes, I can promise you that not one of them would be able to talk on a phone let alone dial one ever again.

I want this blocked on my land phone but I do not know how. They call me every hour. I do not owe the IRS any taxes. I know this is a scam

My brother received a similar call. He went to the IRS office and he was told that the IRS will never call. The only way the contact you is via mail. They send letters, they do not make calls.

I have been called twice today saying something about back taxes. This is a scam. I blocked their number

They call at least once or twice a day.  I didnt asnwer cause i am usually at work but they left several message stating I (howerever, they do not leave my actual name, just reffer to me as "you") owe the IRS, and have issued a warrant!!  Who actually believes this crap, IRS will never contact you first without having issued some sort of corespondance via mail.

same story, I had to block the number, they never leave a message.  The caller ID says Tax help center, I called the irs, and got transcripts and I do not owe taxes.

Scam, Block the call..  Do not accept or return the call.
