I receive the call from this # 9/02 past 12 noon and thought maybe my sister's. Glad I did not answer thanks to all reports.

They call and hang up and you cannot call them back. Selling everything from cruises to alarm protection.

Keep getting calls from this number with a reording trying to sign me up for a cruise, 3 to 4 times daily, I'm a nurse and I work nights this is horrible. If I press 2  on the options that I'm not interested  I am still called the next day, if I press 1 , that I am interested hoping to speak with a real person I am disconnected.when I redial the number, I got a woman who said no one called me and doesn't believe me that the number is calling me.

I didn't pick up and they left no message.

got a call from 202-803-4954,I didn't answer because I don't know anyone from DC. I use "TRUECALLER" for blocking numbers on my cell...works perfectly.

Getting calls from 202-803-4954. It says it's from Washington dc. No answer when I call the nber. Only a busy signal.

There are 9 websites dedicated to this one number. Good advice to pick up and hang up fast so they can't identify you by your answering message.

On the other hand them they know when you pick up so it's your choice. Hard to remember not to but don't listen to any Caller ID Member Services and do pick up for Cardmember Services(in case your bank is reporting fraud). Just having to remember the distribution is a huge annoying thing. Don't call back is right. I doubt they will ever be embarrassed. But if enough people can remember not to listen to it, they still have is jacked. What to do?

Try calling Morgan & Morgan...Attorneys in Florida who advertise they will get you $1500 for each annoyance call number on your cell phone. I never have contacted them but they advertise day and night on Atlanta, Ga TV stations.
We are identifying annoyance numbers and will block them as soon as we download a good cell app.  Panasonic makes a home phone that will block up to 250 callers for free.  I have one and it works great.  Beware of "Kids Wish", a copycat organization.  They will call you day and night and push very hard for money. A check up on them revealed they keep 80% of the money collected as do many other fund raising companies.
